Very slow at communicating
Very slow at communicating! Wasted my time, asked me to complete application and provide evidence of trading. I made it clear I am a newly registered company and had limited evidence of trading they continued to ask for trading evidence and at the end I was told I can't have an account as I haven't been trading more than 6 months! This was all after competing app and providing all the evidence.

Excellent customer support! Fantastic card reader!
Excellent customer support provided today by Daniel Dowsett! Daniel really took the time to work through the issue straight away and get to the bottom of it.
Been using the terminal for about a year now and its fantastic. Super quick at processing the transactions and very little downtime.
The only downside is the online portal, a little complicated and confusing but has all the data you need. Would be good to have totals on the transactions tables. Also I seem to get 'Authentication failed' when logging in unless i'm using private browser.

DO NOT USE VERIFONE
DO NOT USE VERIFONE. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND LOSE CUSTOMERS. I have been using Verifone for almost 4 months and have had a lot of problems.
1: often get "NO CONNECTION TO HOST" and DECLINED the transaction and then still take money from the customer's card
2: they don't pay out all the transactions and hold some money and then say the bank holds that money and i lost money
3: sometimes they don't pay out the next working day and it takes 2-3 days to pay out.

After a while my issue was taken up by Daniel Dowsett, the Senior Customer Care Advisor. Within an extremely short period he identified and implemented a remedy.
Throughout the process he was communicative, timely, and very helpful. All in all a really good interaction, start to finish. Dan is to be commended.

Very professional outfit
Nidhi was super helpful from my initial enquiry to me completing my order form

Useless after sales service
Useless after sales service. Both of our card machines are declining all transactions. Have spent hours over the last 10 days, speaking to Verifone support in Finland, Sweden and the UK.
Listened most of the time to music whilst they go for a cup of tea!!
They never return my calls, as they promise!
