Verifone UK Arvostelua 

We have our Verifone machine via DNA payment. I’ve contacted DNA payment with my problem and they said they are getting constant complaints about the same problem. We are having MAC errors on our machine daily! Having to reset the MAC code. (But having to do a Z reading first as you lose any previous transactions) . DNA said they have raised the problem with Verifone but no date of when there will be a fix. We have actually lost money several times where we haven’t noticed the declined transactions. I think the machines should make a different notice when a payment is declined to alert staff. We don’t have an EPOS system. We have a small but busy shop where we chat to customers so easy to get distracted especially when have to distract customer for the payment taking 2 mins to go through. Sometimes it’s our bad internet (we have no fibre in our area) or something I think it’s when it’s the MAC error. But a different louder sound when it’s declined would be better. When will this MAC code problem be sorted please?

We have been with Verifone for about 6 months using the card terminal. We have also now moved our ecommerce over to Verifone for a streamlined payment system.
Today i experienced an issue and called customer services. Spoke to Peter Brooker, who was on it straight away.
He was very helpful, found the issue and now we are sorted. Great customer service skills and nice to know when there's an issue, you can speak to someone on the other end of a phone who is very helpful.

This was a simple process to change from another provider owing to the information and guidance given from Lewis at Verifone. Payment terminal was received and up and running within a few days no problem whatsoever. Thanks, Adam

Lewis Ebbs who I dealt with was very helpful, and friendly. He made every effort to assist me with my requirements. I can honestly say that I received value for money using Verifone UK. Overall, it’s more economical to buy the card machine and make a savings.

The technical support team were all very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a card machine terminal to speak to Verifone first. All the other companies out there are just after money, and not interested in the client’s. I wish I had spoken to this company in the first instance. I give them 10 out of 10.

Really disappointed been waiting weeks for contract to come i been told they had problems with the sistem after received machine started taking money nothing been transfered to my bank account contacted company they sent me that my bank details where wrong
They sent me onother contract to be signed
After almost 2 weeks no money still gone in yo my account
Contacted last week told me that funds have been realeased and would be in my account next working day next day still no money they told me that could take few days waited and nothing called back told me that money will be in my account monday still not sign of if
For bussiness that relay on money to pay their supplier is not good enouf to wait for the money that lenth of time as when been contacted been told that the money will go to your bank account on next working day

I’m very new to Verifone , I only received my card machine like 3 days ago , but I wanted to leave a review because I had the most fantastic customer support from Russell. He was with me every step of the way , as I initially struggled with the application, he guided me through it all. When I received my machine on a Friday evening, I dropped him a message at 20:45 in the evening, thinking he will pick it up on a Monday morning, but he replied straight away. Verifone you have got a superstar on your team !! There’s not many people that care like Russell does . So a big 5 ⭐️ review and a massive thank you to Russell!!!
Let’s hope I will be super happy with the actual product as well .
