Excellent all round, I can speak to someone in the UK very easily without long queues, but to be honest there have been virtually no problems since joining.
As a small business we have enough to deal with without spending lots of time and money dealing all the basics like card processing. Verifone offered a deal that at first was unbelievable - but it was true, we were shocked how much more we'd been overpaying (for years) with Global Payments. Our only regret is not joining Verifone sooner, we would literally be thousands of pounds better off!

West one they lying about everything I had contract for one year they did it for two years we agreed about the price but they charged me a lot , spoke to them but they are rude also did not help me they charged me for early payment
So they charged me for 24 months plus cancellation free r

If you want to use an incompetent company,please use the company they call verifone . The customer service is absolutely abysmal, the machine couldnt take payments. Whilst I was at a event, I phoned the stupid help Desk,what a complete waste of time,they couldn’t solve the issue- 300 calls later- and after 3-4 weeks they decided to get in touch and plse look at their pathetic incompetent response .
Following our telephone conversation yesterday and the voicemail I have just left you I have looked into your concern of which your feed back is much appreciated.

Whilst I understand your frustrations we did manage to resolve the issue for you and I have reviewed the calls in question and feedback to relevant department managers to address any training issues in order to improve the service we provide.

I understand from our call yesterday you did request compensation, regrettably we do not cover consequential loss and as a result we cannot offer any additional form of compensation.

Should you wish to leave which you are entitled to do so, as a good will gesture we will credit the terminal purchase fee upon collecting the terminal.

No empathy- no sorry- they still expect you to pay for a terminal that was faulty to begin with.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING WITH THESE MUPPETS. IT WILL BE ENDLESS STRESS

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from Cherise Merralls, Can’t thank her enough for helping me, very good at explaining any questions.

Very poor service and borders on fraudulent, they don’t call you back when they say they will. When you call them they just make excuses and say they are waiting for a response from another department. Then when you press them for an answer they blackmail you by saying we can hold your money for up to 180 days. This only highlights the problems within and financial services industry, just like the Debanking scandal. I will be making a complaint to FCA. I wish I could name the individual I dealt with but I’m sure he’s had complaints before. DO NOT GO WITH VERIFONE FOR YOUR CARD PAYMENTS

Great information online which was followed up by excellent customer service and speed of delivery of documents and hardware. I dealt with Nidhi on the telephone who called me quickly after my online submission of interest in Verifone. She explained how the service worked in comparison to the one we’d used previously with Elavon. She went through all the details and made it easy to understand and so we were happy to switch. We’re very happy with everything so far. Thank you.
