Ordered some vape juice and coils on 09-10-23 and never received them. I contacted them got a reply saying it got posted that day but never received, also sent 2 more emails but no response. I think they’re on the verge of going under as per the 1 star reviews recently

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Its worth paying a little more elsewhere. I placed an order on 9.10.23 still not received. They do not communicate with you. I am contacting my bank for a refund and contacting trading standards. Given the amount of negative reviews on here they need to be looked into as to how they conduct their business.

Still awaiting order from 5/10/23 sent numerous emails and had one reply. Money taken from my bank and no goods. Avoid at all costs

Order never received despite numerous emails

Delivery not received and reorder also not received

It's been 10 days since payment was taken and still no order have emailed and called no answer on both very poor service if any

Bunch of crooks, no order received, no response to emails, contact phone numbers never answered AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I eventually received my order after chasing it several times. Numerous emails (I don't give!). I won't be using this company again and I will not be recommending them.

My last two orders have never showed up! I was refunded on the first occasion but now nearly three weeks since my last order, I am still without my last order. Next to know communication from the company despite numerous emails requesting a refund. Keep getting told they will sort it but no further detail on how?!?! Awful company. Avoid at all costs and use an alternative supplier if you want to receive your order. I suspect they are on the brink of closing seeing all the terrible reviews lately.

Update: the reply below from Vapesavers relates to an order in July. As stated in my review it’s my last two orders that this concerns.

It has been 3 weeks since my order was placed, I have tried to email the company, no reply. I have received this review request, but what I haven't received is the goods I have been charged for.

After weeks waiting for my order it turned up today and was missing the main thing I needed the pods for my vape only the juices turned up which I can’t even use without the pods this company is a Scam and I will be contacting my credit card company Monday for a refund! Do not order from this company you will be waiting an age for your products

Thank you shame I had to go to my bank and open a dispute for you to do this as out of the multiple emails I sent you. You replied only to 2 of them.

Two orders placed (Re: ORDER #75332 Order #75460 confirmed) and none received yet. I have written numerous times and had no response to the last two emails. I also paid for carriage on 2nd order, which as I said, have not received.

I am still waiting for my order that was supposed to be delivered before the 1st of October 2023. Contacted the company who said they would look into it but no further response.

Shocking . Ignore emails , never answer call .

Order said dispatched and no tracking given , which let's face it proves its not been sent .

Would avoid at all costs .

Will do a claim back via my bank.

Still waiting on delivery 75390 ordered over 1week ago, I am having to chase up every order I have made.

They don’t send your order till you have contacted them several times. Thought I would give them a second chance and here I am again trying to get my stuff.

Still haven't received my order , emailed twice to get a tracking number still np update
