Usuals Arvostelua 

Möbelstück (Stuhl) kam mit Kratzer. Nach der ersten Rücksendung, kam der Ersatzstuhl erstmal ewig nicht an (erst auf erneutes Nachfragen) und dann hatte dieser Stuhl noch einen größeren Schaden. Die Reklamation wurde dann einfach zurückgewiesen. Nie mehr wieder.

I ordered four Kiara chairs from Usuals. First of all the shipping was delayed for more than two weeks. The customer service was very nice and kept me up to date regarding the status of my order. When the chairs arrived all of them had scratch marks (probably due to poor packaging, no cushioning inside the box) on the chair legs, loose threads on the cushions and poor quality feet. I messaged Usuals regarding these issues multiple times but they haven't answered. This is especially concerning since my earlier encounter with the customer service regarding the shipment was answered within a day. I am really disappointed in the shop.

Edit: After contacting them via Instagram, they still didn't react. So i left a comment asking to respond to my complaint. Their reaction was then to block my account on Instagram. Worst customer service that I have ever encounterd!!

Stoelen gekocht. Binnen 1 jaar op de naad gescheurd. Kon nieuwe stoelen bestellen voor €50 wat een slechte service!! €600 lichter voor prut kwaliteit!!!

Ik werd goed geholpen in de showroom van Duffel. Melissa heeft mij geholpen de juiste stoel te kiezen. Heel tevreden over deze stoelen. Zeker een aanrader.

I recommend to be carefull with this shop. They are very shady with their return policy and try to deduct extra cost for non-existing dammages. When you ask for proof of dammages, they change the story and call it "repacking fee", which they are, in europe, not allowed to charge.

Nous avons commandé 4 chaises hautes référence Daisy. La livraison s’est effectuée en deux fois à quelques jours d’intervalle ce qui est anormal. Heureusement au bout de plusieurs jours nous avons tout réceptionné.

C’est des vrais voleurs et un service clientèle exécrable.
Autant peut-être que les produits semblent de qualité, mais j’espère pour vous que vous n’aurez jamais de souci avec une pièce ou quoi que ce soit.

Un des pieds de ma chaise est arrivé en mauvais état, et une fois que j’ai demandé d’avoir une pièce pour l’échanger, c’est là que tout le cirque a commencé.
Au premier mail, ils sont très réactifs pour savoir c’est quoi le problème : réponse en même pas une heure. Mais ensuite, une fois que les explications sont données et qu’ils doivent réagir… plus rien.

Plus de réponse, il faut appeler 100 fois pour avoir quelqu’un. Et il faut prier pour tomber sur quelqu’un qui sait parler convenablement et qui ne vient pas du bled. Il me parle comme si on avait grandi dans le quartier ensemble.

Ils sont même pas capables d’être accessibles sur les heures annoncées. Ils commencent plus tard et terminent plus tôt.
Simple conseil : fuyez au plus vite !!!

Très satisfait de votre site vraiment même pour la rapidité de la livraison, cela m’a choqué, j’ai commandé mes chaises le 31 décembre et je les ai eu le 14 janvier. Je pensais que cela allait prendre du temps.

Super toll! Ich habe 6 Stühle hier bestellt und bin total verliebt in diese.
Das Preis-Leistungs Verhätniss ist eine 10/10.

Ich hatte auch kontakt mit dem Kundensupport (ich habe nur nachgefragt wann ungefähr meine Stühle ankommen) und auch hier wurde schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Im Endeffekt kamen die Stühle sogar noch einen Tag früher als gedacht an.
Sie wurden nach Deutschland mit DPD geliefert.
Ich war zun "Glück" zuhause. Es wird kein Termin vereinbart sondern sie kommen einfach mit der Post .

Very bad experience — I do NOT recommend buying from Usuals.

I bought 4 chairs from Usuals, and I received two with problems:

One chair arrived with a defective seat cushion — it was wrinkled, uneven, and deformed straight out of the box.

Another chair was missing a plastic foot cap on one leg, which can scratch the floor.

I contacted their customer service several times, expecting a replacement or a solution. Instead, they told me:

The defective chair is “not flawed” and just needs “time to adjust.”

If I want to return the chairs, I must pay for the return shipping myself (€15–20 per chair, around €60–80 in total).

They don’t have any chairs in stock to replace mine.

When I asked how long I should wait for the cushion to “recover,” they said “we don’t know.”

I asked, “What if I wait three months and it stays the same?” — they said, “Then it’s too late; your 30-day return period has passed.”

When I pressed for a guarantee or proper support, they hung up the call — extremely rude and unprofessional.

So, in short:

Bad quality control — two chairs arrived with issues.

No replacement option — even though the products are faulty.

Expensive returns — you pay for their mistakes.

Rude customer service — they hung up instead of helping.

I will never buy anything from Usuals again, and I strongly suggest avoiding them if you expect good quality, fair treatment, and respectful service.

Niet bestellen vanuit Nederland bij Usuals in België.
Bij retourzendingen zijn de retourkosten veel te hoog. Elke stoel/kruk kost gemiddeld €35 verzendkosten per stuk. De retourlabels die Usuals genereert voor je via Sendcloud kloppen niet qua afmetingen en gewichten waardoor onze zending nog eens 3 maanden in het magazijn van DPD is blijven staan vanwege onjuiste gegevens. Kortom, de retour heeft ons veel geld, tijd en geduld gekost. Daarnaast moet je bij crediteringen aan de bel blijven trekken wanneer deze plaatvinden. Voor ons geen bestellingen meer bij Usuals. Ik twijfel ook aan de recente positieve review van Melissa, want Melissa zorgt ook bij Usuals voor de retouren, maar dat zal wel toeval zijn...
