I used UnlockScope to get unlock code for Samsung galaxy s8 + from Austria A1 operator and I got unlock code within 2 hours time frame was 12-24 hours. Support replied to all email within 5 to 10 minutes.

Worst customer service ever
I got one email that said I cancelled my payment (I did not) then I got an email saying payment successful a few minutes later, but when I check status it says cancelled even though they took my money and won't reply to emails about it.
Follow up- Once support did get back to me the issue was resolved, i am changing it from a 1 star to a 3 star. Also it should be noted on the item post for cricket samsung devices they only have the NCK and not the MCK witch is what cricket user need. Cricket has started Hard Locking their s7 as of their last security update and you need the MCK to unlock the phone fully. The NCK from cricket is only a soft unlock.

They took 2 days more than the original …
They took 2 days more than the original window but the results where outstanding, once they got my code they send it to me and i was able to use the new phone with a different carrier.
