Dear Mohamed,
Our support desk tried to help you but you refused any help.
Upon further research, we found that your device is BLACKLISTED (Stolen, Lost).
We tried to help, but unfortunately, blacklisted devices can't be unlocked by code. Moreover, we do not accept, not tolerate stolen or lost devices.
Regards,
Cristian T.
