I was a non beliver. Motorsport deafness is a thing. You do need to hear what is going on around you. Those tell tale signs of a rattling engine or gearbox just before it expires. Cracked exhaust pipe blowing. My custom fitted plugs solve all that. Starting a v10 f1 engine is not a nice place to have your ears. These take out the high end ear piercing noise. Still able to talk to others and hear them. I have recommended to a number of colleagues and they have ordered theirs.

I admit to being a bit sceptical when I started seeing these adverts popping up on facebook but so happy to have been proved wrong. The whole process from the initial order through the arranging of the moulds to the final product was straightforward, aided by the fantastic customer service team. I even managed to forget to include my order number when I sent in the moulds but the guys were great and reassuring letting me know that they had got hold of the package. I ordered the motorcyclist filtered plugs (in red and green) and they are amazing. Of course you have to get used to them as it is a slightly odd sensation but they really do cut down the noise on the bike.

Really great service. From having my impressions taken to using my IEM’s for the first time was less than two weeks. They fit perfectly and sound great. Thanks all.

I'm a returning customer as I've had a set of the standard custom plugs for over a year now. I won't ride any significant distance without them as they are the only ones I've found that can deal with the wind noise created by my Himalayan effectively.
I thought I'd treat myself to a set of the Bluetooth plugs just for long journeys. I don't really like playing things generally as I prefer to hear all around my. For very long journeys though I thought it would be great to be able to listen to my favourite podcasts on the move.
As is classic with me, I left things late before my trip and was doubtful that I would get the plugs in time. I spoke to George over email and he was great. Really helpful and asked when my trip was and assured me he could get them to me in time if I ordered that day.
I made the order and the plugs did indeed arrive the day before my trip. They already had my ear impressions from my previous order of the standard plugs so turnaround was much quicker.
They work really well for podcast type listening I found. That's what I tend to listen to over music but I don't think I'd be ecstatic about them for music listening as they don't have the bass and punch for that. You can hear it but your average audiophile might not be blown away by it.
I had a few issues with my ears popping but I suspect that this is down to wearing the plugs for so many hours.
On the road the noise blocking is just as effective as with the standard plugs and I can hear the podcasts perfectly well with a fairly low volume.
The inline remote that is on the left earbud is nice and simple to use. I found that once I got used to the operation of it, I could feel it through my collar and was able to pause play and restart when I wanted to.
You've got to get it arranged how you want before you start though obviously.
All in all. Really happy with them. I was a bit reluctant to spend that much money but they work so well as standard earplugs that I really wanted this type for Bluetooth too.

These are my first in ear monitors, I got these for audio and hearing protection for under my motorbike helmet. The twin drivers in these are of a very high quality and work seamlessly with the cardo Packtalk Edge. Would I buy from them again? Most definitely!

Ultimate custom ear plugs have been a game changer for me, I couldn't get any off-the-shelf plugs to work reliably, and I tried several. I started with Squidgy plugs which work really well, but when combined with my Fodsports communicator there is too much pressure on my ears. So the tech at Ultimate modified the Fodsports wiring to replace the ear pieces with a jack socket, enabling their Motorcyclist SoundEar plugs to plug in. The result is excellent - clear sound whatever the speed, wind noise removed, and Bluetooth communication on the move. I have also used my Squidgy plugs on long-haul flights to cut out aircraft noise, and for swimming - they are great for that too.

I recently purchased the SoundEar Pro custom-fit ear protection from Ultimate Ear Protection for motorcycle touring, and they are exactly what I was looking for. The fit is excellent, they’re comfortable for long days in the saddle, and the sound quality is fantastic. Being able to enjoy my music while still protecting my hearing on long trips has made a huge difference.

I also needed a custom cable made, and although the response times were occasionally a little slow, the team went out of their way to help and provided excellent customer service throughout. Their willingness to accommodate a bespoke request was greatly appreciated.

Overall, a great product backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended.

Very helpful when I initially enquired about the ear protection…… decided to take the leap and pay the premium for what has turned out to be far the best ear protection I have used! Well worth the extra money to protect your ears. Speedy delivery and even during the manufacturing they was a slight issue and instead of just making the ear protectors they contacted me to ask if I would prefer to drop the ear protectors to the ones below which were cheaper. Opted to go with the pros as I originally decided and they are amazing. Love them so much

The moulding process felt so weird but so good at the same time. I love the fit my In Ears fit like a glove.
