Fountain developed cracks, nobody interested
I ordered a Massarelli water fountain on 9th June two years ago. This was shown on the site as in stock and delivery in a few days. I chased this up several times and eventually told it wasn't actually in stock, but was on back order. It eventually arrived about a month later wrapped in disgusting scrappy fabrics covered in insects, with a smell beyond belief. Around that were scrappy odd bits of cardboard.
We assembled this to find a piece missing, without which the fountain was useless. The missing part was sent later.
We use this fountain from April to early October, then it is drained and covered for winter. When preparing it for use this year we discovered cracks developing. After several emails we finally received a response to say it was two years old and nothing they could do. It was actually less than two years old as their delivery took a long time.
We had a Massarelli fountain at our previous home which arrived beautifully packaged and had no problems at all with it. I suspect this was a returned faulty one. A part missing and wrapped in scrappy bits of disgusting smelly, insect laden things. A total waste of money, I would not recommend the fountain, UK water features, Direct Global trading or anybody connected with them.

Product arrived on time
Product arrived on time, just what we wanted but pump didn't work. Contacted company and sadly issue could not be resolved with a new pump so refund was issued. Staff were very polite and matter promptly and professionally dealt with.

Very helpful, package was extremely well packed, unfortunately the glass had till managed to get cracked. On reporting the damaged item a replacement was in the post the same day and arrived packed very well and in good order.

When buying anything on the internet you just hope you're going to get what you've ordered and it arrives in one piece. I ordered a duck water feature, and it came the next day, it was broken, and after sending photo's of the damage, today I've received a replacement. Excellent customer service.
And the Ducks, I can't wait until it's fitted and all plumbed in.

Water fountain broke and they won’t…
Water fountain broke and they won’t replace or refund. Sent me a new solar panel and that doesn’t work. So now I have to battle again! If it doesn’t work it doesn’t work! Not fit for purpose!

Recently received my Lotus Bronze Fish…
Recently received my Lotus Bronze Fish Bowl water feature, no problems on ordering and delivery.
However, what made me mark down from a five to four review is the complete lack of information contained in the pack. Nothing on how to care for the bowl and how to construct the water pump, had to work on pure guesswork to put the pipework together. Would also be helpful if you published the length of the power lead supplied.
