So, first order with these guys, picked a bad time due to the tax increase by China, so they were a bit snowed under. Any hoo, long story short, great prices, I mean really great prices, got me pods a couple of days later then hoped but it all worked out. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Would use harsher words but they don't like it. Large order. Only received half. No contact whatsoever. Rude email received telling me they had said to wait. Eventually was told that half my order was out of stock (a very common theme looking at the reviews, they don't seem to know what stock they have). Managed to get a refund. Next day got another email reply saying they didn't know what had happened and we're going to investigate it. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I definitely will not be ordering again. Save yourselves the hassle and order from somewhere else.

Communication is incredibly poor. At no point did you communicate anything. When you do reply, you reply with snotty comments to customers trying to find out what has happened to their orders. Twice I ordered, twice I incurred issues. I'll happily shop somewhere where I will receive what I order.

We would like to clarify that this was not simply a stock issue, but a split shipment, where part of your order was dispatched immediately (on wednesday to be delivered on thursday) to avoid further delays with Bank Holiday Friday, and Bank Holiday Monday.
This occurred during a period of exceptionally high demand due to the vape tax changes and Easter bank holiday, which was clearly communicated on our website and contact channels.
Your order was split into two shipments so that the available items could reach you sooner, rather than holding the full order until thursday - which then would have delivered the following week Tuesday. Any unavailable items were refunded accordingly as requested
Our team did respond and explain this, however during this time we were handling a very high volume of enquiries, and responses were provided in order. Multiple messages and calls can slow response times further, especially when this has already been communicated.
This situation is not reflective of our usual service, which is supported by the majority of our positive customer reviews.
