Have ordered from here in the past and…
Have ordered from here in the past and previously had no issues with delivery. Prices are great, reputable brands sold, delivery was on time.
This time, DPD told me I can't set a safe place as the parcel strictly has to be handed to a resident (which is absolutely fine, appreciate these are age restricted goods), so I updated my neighbour preference as I knew my next door neighbour is off work and could take the parcel for me.
DPD instead, did not knock on my neighbours door and left the parcel outside my front door where it is in plain view of a main road. Of no surprise, the parcel is not there.
I arrived home, after my neighbour told me she hadn't had anyone knock on her door, I checked the tracking and see the delivery image with the tracking confirmation stating "Handed to resident". This is a blatant lie, I had been out at work that day and the delivery image itself contradicts this.
If I was allowed to select a safe place I could have advised where to put the order, but they told me they strictly CAN NOT leave it in a safe place but yet decided to leave it in the most open space.
Contacted customer services, two days later I have a generic template reply. I had mentioned how I have previously left 5 star reviews, how I have never had a problem, the inconvenience and concerns this has caused. None of which were addressed, told to wait 6 days for DPD to investigate (not much to investigate, the delivery image and tracking says it all), before they even consider what the resolutions would be.
£25 down, no products, had to source my liquids from the local garage which costs around three times as much, no apology, can't even be bothered to change the "Hi there" to "Hi (name)", the delivery issue is annoying but the lack of customer service has been my deciding factor to go elsewhere in future.
Only given the extra star since I have ordered 2/3 times previously with no issues.

Hi Jess,
Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you have ordered from us successfully on several previous occasions and previously left positive feedback, which is why we are particularly disappointed that this delivery has resulted in your experience being described this way.
We do, however, think some important context is missing.
We have never disputed that the delivery photograph raises a legitimate concern. The tracking states that the parcel was "handed to resident", while the photograph appears to show the parcel left at the delivery location. This is precisely why we raised a formal investigation with DPD rather than simply accepting the tracking status as proof that you personally received the parcel.
We also confirmed directly to you that the successful delivery of your order ultimately remains our responsibility as the retailer.
The request to allow up to 6 working days was not us refusing to provide a refund or replacement, nor was it a statement that we would only "consider" helping you afterwards. It was the timeframe provided for the carrier's formal investigation into a disputed delivery.
While the photograph may appear straightforward, we are still entitled to investigate a disputed delivery with the carrier before determining what happened and completing the appropriate resolution. Raising that investigation does not remove or diminish your consumer rights.
We also don't believe it is fair to characterise our response as a generic attempt to dismiss the issue. Your specific delivery circumstances were addressed, the DPD investigation was raised, and the position regarding our responsibility as the retailer was expressly confirmed to you.
We acknowledge that our initial response could have been more personalised and that being without an order you expected to receive is frustrating. However, a lack of personalisation in the greeting should not be confused with a lack of action being taken on the case.
The investigation remains focused on establishing what happened to the parcel so that the matter can be appropriately resolved. We have not refused a resolution, attempted to transfer responsibility to DPD, or suggested that you should simply accept the loss.
We appreciate your previous custom and are sorry that this particular delivery experience has changed your view of us. We will continue dealing with the disputed delivery through the investigation already raised and provide the appropriate resolution once the necessary process has been completed.

Easy to order, great value vapes. I’m happy I can get zero nicotine, wish there were more flavours though. Hopefully in time they will expand. The delivery was super quick too. A trust worthy website. I’ve had two orders now and will be back for more.

I have been with uk vape world for over a year now and I call this company "old school" because their products are the right price and they actually care, always fast delivery. Once they didn't have the flavour I ordered and they texted me to pick another one, it still came fast. Keep up the good work! I'm happy.
