Ukmedshub

Excellent communication, fast delivery. Item received in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be using again 10/10.

Ordered medication and was advised payment link would be forwarded within 24 hours, when this didn’t arrive I emailed asking when I would receive it. No reply. Poor customer service

No payment link received and no response to email after I contacted them. Very unprofessional.

Family member placed order and sill waiting 3 days for payment link, not trustworthy at all.

Why wont you accept my order - Ronnie Muir

Illegal website selling illegal perscription neds avoid. I think trustpilot are getting hand outs from these people why else would you keep removing my reviews. You are giving these people a platforms for their illegal activities shocking

I have been using this service for approximately 6 months and I have been so impressed. The delivery is always speedy and professional. The products are exactly as shown on the website and the communication is second to none!

I am happy to recommend this firm. You will not be disappointed.

The quickest and most reliable service I have seen from an online distributor. I will definitely be returning, and thank you to Joseph for you quick response. Seriously, I was shocked at how great and professional their handling of the situation, it turned out perfect. Thank you

Excellent reliable and professional service which is really important to me. I don’t use anyone else and would highly recommend.

Amazing service, I have placed many order and they always arrive the next day, also very good prices. Joseph is also super friendly and always replies fast to emails.

Excellent service would highly recommend

This is my first time ordering. So I will keep it short but I intend with my next few orders to add more reviews.
As I intend to order again, you would be right in assuming that I was extremely satisfied. Very professional, patient and helpful, reminding me to keep an eye on the tracking with Royal Mail. Which was much appreciated, it's the little things that put you at ease.
Like many who's first time it was. I was worried about losing money. That didn't happen and I received quality on delivery. Payment could not be simpler, you get a link and I paid by Visa Debit no problem. All within the hour and received at time of my regular post today.
A bit of an eye roll with some of the comments I've read. My question to some of them would be what is your alternative.
Also with negative comments, if you stoop to their level and get petty. It doesn't look good to people browsing the comments for the first time. Which is why I said I gave an eye roll with some.

Back to Ukmedshub, as a first time customer l have nothing negative about my experience.

So thank you very much! (Sorry not so short comment)

I used ukmeds for years but found this alternative and put it u for ukmed users reviews as their cs, delivery times and products are not great. Do not even get me started on paying the next day delivery charge which never happens ! I’ve never ever had an issue with this company, put them through wedinos testing and always have gotten next day delivery even on bank holidays . As for the previous comment about a bad batch and being all funny about it - did you know that even retailers had to admit a while back they had been infiltrated with fake products - so getting them this way that is bound to happen once in a blue moon and of course guaranteed if this happens with this company it will be replaced ! Such a professional and reliable company but the best thing is they come the next day as promised every time ! Also never get emails with promotional promises or a load of mush about why things are wrong because it doesn’t happen so they don’t need to sweeten you up! Thank you guys ! 5*****

Outstanding, trustworthy and reliable service that is hands down the best value and has the simplest and quickest online ordering.

Have used UkMeds several times and yet to be let down. The only time something was overlooked, my email was responded to immediately by Joseph and put right with delivery the next working day.

Joseph is a star and always on the ball and extremely efficient. I understand that for many especially first time users, it's worrying to be spending a lot of money on meds which, if it turns out they're from scammers, you're out of a lot of money but I can attest hand on heart they are legit and the customer service second to none.

5+ stars.

Only used this company recently. But they are great. Professional, fast shipping, with tracking. But most importantly genuine products as tested. Have advised friends of their service and I will continue to use for my own health needs. EXCELLENT is all I can say.

Ive been with this company around a year and i can honestly say it is the best company I have went to for my purchases. Ive never had an issue. The only occasion there was an error - Joseph fixed it straight away and sent me my correct order I had asked for. Would highly recommend and Joseph always goes above and beyond for his customers. Genuine products sold at very competitive prices. Delivery is next day with Royal Mail. I wouldnt purchase from anywhere else now.

Always get what you pay for without any exception. I would never use anyone else. Delivery is always on time and customer service is impeccable. Thank you UKmedshub!

Absolutely over the moon to find a reliable site like this! Cannot fault a single aspect. 🙌

Great service. Had to wait 24 hours for payment link but smooth going after that. Arrived next day and of quality I was expecting.

Will use again
