10/10. Get my parcel next day every single time and exactly what I paid for. I’ve never had an issue buying from this site, and I’ve used this site regularly for a good couple of years now I’d say. Potentially longer. Anytime I’ve emailed with queries or a mess up my end (entering the wrong reference number) they are super quick to reply, usually within minutes and have always helped me out and been great. Super on the ball and just getting an email reply sometimes instantly is super rare with pretty much all/any company let alone always getting my exact order the very next day never once an issue is very rare. Great all round A* :)))

lf tcomes the next day and if it doesn't it's usually down to Royal Mail, but a quick email to them and they chase up Royal Mail for you.
