The labs have a 50% chance of saying I did not complete the objective even when I follow the entire process it illustrates step by step. The "ai tutor" is zero help and provides absolutely nothing to the experience. When contacting the customer service team I only get the same number of limited responses and it feels like those are ai generated responses and they only tell me to email them when I call to try and get better service. It feels like there is no options for help. Help from real people would be really nice.

Siddhant Mehta in the chat was way more efficient than creating a ticket, I waited a while for the ticket, but my problem was fixed very quickly this way.
