Ucertify always work quickly to solve all my issues.

I’m happy to share my experience with uCertify’s CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1201) and Core 2 (220-1202) courses.
The course has been a great learning experience and has helped me expand my knowledge and strengthen my understanding of key IT concepts. I’m especially pleased with the overall platform, the learning resources, and the support provided by the uCertify team throughout my learning journey.

I’ve had a very positive experience using uCertify as a CompTIA A+ instructor. The platform is easy to navigate, and the course materials, quizzes, assessments, and hands on labs make learning more engaging and practical for my students.
I especially appreciate how the content helps reinforce what I teach in class while giving students the opportunity to practise independently and build confidence. uCertify has been a valuable part of my teaching experience, and I would recommend it to other instructors and students.

I have had a positive overall experience using uCertify as an instructional platform. One of its greatest strengths is the amount of course content available in a single environment. The combination of eBooks, quizzes, labs, flashcards, practice assessments, and other learning activities gives students multiple ways to engage with the material and prepare for industry certification exams. From an instructor perspective, having these resources aligned with certification objectives makes it much easier to provide students with a structured learning experience.

I also appreciate the integration between uCertify and our learning management system. Students can access assignments directly through Brightspace, and grades generally synchronize automatically with the Brightspace gradebook. Grade synchronization can occasionally be inconsistent, which can create some confusion and require additional troubleshooting.

One area where uCertify particularly stands out is customer support. In my experience, their support team is top-notch. When issues arise, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through problems until a resolution is found. That level of support is extremely valuable when using a platform across multiple courses and with large numbers of students.

Overall, uCertify has been a valuable resource for teaching certification-focused IT courses. The breadth of instructional materials, hands-on activities, assessment tools, and excellent customer support make it a strong platform. Continued improvements to LMS integration and grade synchronization would make an already useful product even better.

Five stars, mainly because of the customer service. The uCertify team is super responsive to any needs or challenges and is even willing to customize content to fit our courses.

I am an Instructor. We use uCertify for some of our CIST courses. We have run into technical issues, but their support has been amazing. From needing Temporary course codes to correcting an issue within the course.

I have been using uCertify as a teacher for years. Yes, there are occasional problems and there are things that could be improved altogether, BUT it is a fantastic resource. What I value most is, that the support team actually responds to service requests. On occasion my class has found a mistake in the text portion and upon reporting these have been fixed fairly quickly as well. So, keep on improving, it takes a village!

uCertify helped me earn my Cybersecurity certification. It allowed me to do school on the go. The read allow option helped me tremendously. I have ADHD, and that feature made my life so much easier when it came to learning the objectives. The quizzes and the hands on labs were helpful as well. I found it to be quite useful.

The labs are incomplete, with many missing prompts, which makes it impossible for me to complete them no matter what I do. This discourages me from attempting further labs because what’s the point if they are incompletable?

The course I was registered for is supposed to be work at your own pace. It expired and they told me I would have to pay for the course again to take it. It’s a scam. I don’t recommend to anyone and will never use again.

University student here and this website is unbearable. I won't mention what school because I want to give them some grace that they may try to step in and force uCertify to get their mess together. However, if they allow it, I will also be naming them as co-conspirators.

The lag time as well as the unresponsive key strokes are a nightmare. Whenever you press a key on your keyboard it either does not recognize it, or it lags for 3-5 seconds then continually duplicates that keystroke until you press another key.

Example: If I were trying to type 1+1=2 it would look like

(blank space)+++++++++++111111111=========2

And I paid $63 dollars for this because it is REQUIRED by my school. I don't know what kind of scam this is but this cannot continue to be allowed.

its awful. the lab dont work right. it dont report scores right form various assignments. its just big bad and clunky.

uCertify is one of the worst experiences I've had in trying to obtain my Data Science degree. The material is so bloated with unnecessary information that make no sense. The labs are awful where it lags and doesn't match the information from the book. I've reached out to my student advisor several times about them and it's gotten to the point where I'm requesting using another site or taking classes somewhere that doesn't use this service. I can't copy from the web portal for whatever reason and it's just a bad experience.

It is the worse program I have ever use it has way to many problems you are stuck there for hours because it does not recognize information you input you literally have to input multiple time and even still you get the same results whom ever works in the IT / programming department should be fired immediately I couldn’t be more serious they have no idea what they are doing .

I'm stuck teaching a class using this trash. I'm serious when I call it that. First, you're given the impression that it's 70 pages in total for college course. But when you get close to the end, all of a sudden these guys start throwing several pages on a single "page". That's just the start. I'd rather get beaten up in the parking lot than use this content. I'm very serious.

The slides they provided don't even match the course. Here's another thing. They give you the wrong slides and you cannot even copy segments out of their lousy ebook to put into a presentation. I guess they value this trash so much they take measures to prevent legitimate users from copying pieces of it to use in presentations. Trust me, nobody would want so steal this junk - except to produce the slides they didn't provide.

Their labs are terrible, I could no do a two step lab because the lab environment didn't respond the way the instructions said they would. I can also no longer progress in my course because I did not complete the first lab in the course

Avoid this platform at all costs. uCertify is fundamentally unreliable and completely unfit for high-stakes education or assessment. From the beginning, the experience was plagued by technical failures: labs repeatedly broke on macOS, grading was inconsistent or incorrect, and progress depended more on platform behaviour than student effort.

Despite advertising compatibility, uCertify effectively forces users to use Google Chrome, with other browsers causing errors or failing outright. Even when using Chrome exactly as instructed, serious issues persisted.

Exams were the breaking point. My first attempt failed at question 2 due to a platform error. After being forced to wait 10 days over the Christmas period for access to be extended, a subsequent attempt froze mid-exam at question 45/90, lost progress, and incorrectly tracked attempts — placing me at risk of failing through no fault of my own.

Support was useless: copy-and-paste troubleshooting that ignored screenshots, ignored attempt miscounts, and failed to address the seriousness of interrupted, time-limited exams. There was no meaningful escalation or accountability.

This platform wastes students’ time, creates extreme and unnecessary stress, and shifts the consequences of its own technical incompetence onto users. Institutions should seriously reconsider using uCertify. Students should not be subjected to this system.
