Contacted in regards of missing items
I have called in regards of missing items a few times, and they say they will sort it but never have. Once is fair enough but then another order things were missing, rang again and again same thing with no result

Order placed on Thursday
Order placed on Thursday, delivery did not arrive the next day. still hadn't arrived by the Tuesday afternoon so emailed to ask for an update on the delivery. Didn't get a reply. It finally arrived on the Wednesday but items were missing that were on the delivery note. Phoned to report this and was told the manager would phone me back as he had to deal with that, but have not received a call.

Excellent Service - Great Team
I have been a customer with TyneChem for over 10 years, there has been no reason to change wholesalers / suppliers as TyneChem always delivered what they promised.
I am a Healthcare provider responsible for 6 independent pharmacies. My most recent experience was on 27 March 2024, TyneChem approved and delivered my order less than 24 hours from initial order.
Highly recommend if you’re not already a customer as they stock everything from Packaging to Sundry Products.

No credit for returned stock 5 weeks later!!!
I have previously written
Was sent and billed circa £400 for stock I did not order. I couldn’t get a resolution so posted on here stating dissatisfaction. The product was uplifted early December. I was asked to remove my 1 star rating. I have still not been credited for this stock and account has been put on hold because I have not paid the invoice for the stock that was sent in error and collected. I have corresponded many times via different media, still no resolution 5 weeks after the stock was collected

We have investigated your order and we have discovered it has been stuck at the depot since the 18th of August, once your order is dispatched by Tynechem we unfortunately do not get alerted when orders have not been delivered to customers unless customers contact us raising the query. Unfortunately your review is the only alert we have, therefore we have just put your order through again and it should be with you today. We apologise for the inconvenience our courier has caused. Avoid
Placed an order 8 days on order was still showing as being processed, no shipping details or tracking were provided.Contacted company for an update received no responce. Had to go through PayPal to receive a refund.
Company responded over a week after receiving refund via PayPal. They stated items ordered were out of stock. Unsure why they could not email this information and give a refund. They at no point contacted me to advise or issue refund I had to do this myself via PayPal. Also their customer service did not even bother to respond to my email. They only responded via Trustpilot as I could only give an honest review of my personal experience which was poor.

Update to edited review: Good Afternoon Suzanne, we have just sent a proof of your full refund that was issued by ourselves on our paypal account to your email.
Our system usually sends an email listing any items that are out of stock/on backorder to all customers for each line that we do not have in. Unfortunately in this case the items you ordered were showing in stock which is why you would not have seen the 'CHECK ETA' status that is normally shown on all our lines we don't have available. This is also why you would not have received the email informing you the line was not in stock. This is being investigated by our website team - we sincerely apologise again for this error in our system. Please may I ask which customer service email you sent your query to as we cannot seem to find your email on our customer.services@tynechem.com mailbox. Thank you - The Tynechem Team

I had ordered from Tynechem about a month ago and didn’t receive anything apart from the confirmation email. I contacted them saying I presumed the items were not in stock and requested a refund. I received my refund within a couple of days.
I notice a lot of negative reviews for this company but I feel I have been treated fairly and, had my requested product been in stock I would be delighted.

A VERY LOVELY TEAM WITH GREAT SERVICE
I never usually write reviews however I feel like this needs to be shared! I have never come across a team so helpful, I am rubbish on websites and messed my order up, I rang the team and they helped me fix my order when I had no idea what I had done, very kind and patient and it was here the next day! A lovely team with fantastic service I will definitely be back again!

I am confused how this website is…
I am confused how this website is getting good rates. I placed my order 11 days ago. They confirmed it deducted the money and i never got tracking. Upon contacting them continuously i never got any response. After 5-6 days they respond to me on chat sayong the product is out of stock. What is the purpose of confirming orders when you don't have the product in stock? I asked them to refund me then but its been more than 5 days now they have not refunded the amount. Not replying on emails or on chat. Total Fraud
