Released too early

Unfortunately the chip is too sensitive to fast acceleration which confused it therefore restricting it to 16mph and affecting the output power of the motor.

Great customer support to help resolve this issue but looks like the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board.

Apres une perte de temp sur l'arrivée…

Apres une perte de temp sur l'arrivée de mon colis c'est pas le bon model que j'ai commandé je les contact je le renvoi a frais et la colis perdu je me bas depuis 2 mois avec le transporteur pour me faire rembourser. Jai perdu 200 euros et 3 mois de mon temp commande sur Amazon aurai été plus rapide service nul
Réponse: il y a pas de solution a l'amiable cest moi seul qui doit me débrouille pour récupéré mon remboursement par le transporteur mais vous rien. Voila

Vous avez initialement reçu le bon produit, puis vous avez signalé une pièce manquante, ce que nous avons résolu rapidement. En tant que politique, nous vendons uniquement des kits de tuning neufs et complets, directement emballés par le fabricant et non par nos entrepôts. Nous avons accepté un retour et un remboursement complet, mais nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables des articles perdus pendant le transport du côté du client.

Nous sommes également très déçus que les services de livraison ne vous aient pas remboursé. Il est douloureux de lire de tels retours, surtout après que nous ayons fait preuve d'une confiance totale et apporté notre soutien total tout au long de ce processus.

My experience

After initially ordering the wrong speed boxes and email communication my error was quickly sorted and the correct ones sent out. Would highly recommend two wheel empire based on my experience and would definitely use again

Giant Revolt E+ Shimano Tuning kit - PearTune

The guys at Two Wheel Empire were extremely friendly and helpful via WhatsApp’s helping me find the suitable tuning kit for my bike. The ordering process was quick and I had received my kit 3 days after my order.
The tuning kit itself has transformed my bike into what I believe it should be straight out the box. I’ve own my e bike about 18 months before I de-restricted it and I regret not doing it sooner. The first run out on it I reached 36mph on a flat 😝 and I was smiling ear to ear. Brilliant company, amazing tuning kit & and one very happy customer.
