Stuck in Warsaw
I received an email to encourage me to post my review to rate my recent experience. It is not good. Unfortunately, I still have not received my Volspeed. I ordered on 25/11/24. I followed up with the tracking number supplied. It was received by the carrier on 27/11. However, it has been stuck in Warsaw since 29/11 awaiting international departure. Not all the fault of Two Wheels Empire, but I wished they chose a more reliable carrier. I hope I get it before Christmas…

Your order was promptly dispatched on November 26th, the next business day after your purchase. You selected our Free Shipping option, which typically takes 10-20 business days for delivery to customers in Australia. This method relies on standard tracked mail, and as mentioned, tracking updates may only appear once the package is scanned at key transit points.
Currently, it has been 11 business days since dispatch, which is well within the estimated delivery window. We regularly ship to Australia using this option and have found it to be reliable, though some destinations experience occasional delays in tracking visibility, particularly at the handover stage between international and local carriers.

Dishonest seller
I bought a levoceraptor 2 from them last year but, but the speed didn't work correctly with my mastermind control. The owner assured me as soon as the 3 was available I could send the 2 back and swap it, with no issues. Sadly this was a lie. I believed his fake honesty and was let down.

I understand, I'm sincerely sorry if I has wrong information and shared with You, this must be really annoying if You really wanted to return the chip You purchased only because You wanted Gen3 update. If You want to see real values on display when Gen3 is on the market, I promise a replacement if You cover the price difference between the kits. You will have new device and new product warranty will be applied from the day You will receive it. What do You think?

We take our customer relationships and honesty very seriously, so it’s important to address this misunderstanding. At no point did we promise an exchange for a newer model after a year of use, especially beyond the warranty period which is 12 months for Levociraptor products. Such an arrangement would not be standard practice for any electronic product.

What can I say , thing didn't work. Should have known not to buy out of this country. Won't give a full refund, will only send out a replacement if they find a fault. I don't think they know much about older bikes. Very unprofessional, would never recommend this company

As mentioned during our previous conversations, the tuning kit was confirmed to be fully compatible with your bike model. We also worked diligently to assist you in troubleshooting the issue regarding the display values, which, as explained, was likely due to incorrect wheel circumference data. This is not related to the tuning kit itself but rather an adjustment that can be made within the bike’s settings.
We understand that technical matters can be challenging, and we are always here to help our customers to the best of our ability. However, collaboration is essential for resolving these types of issues, and we did not receive the cooperation needed to move forward with a proper solution.

Product works as expected - frankly awesome. However, the install guide failed to mention removal of the crank arm required as puller. Unfortunately i didn't have this type of puller so it had to be purchased. if i had known this was a requirement i would have purchased one sooner!
