TUS Watches Arvostelua

I recently purchased an Orient Mako 2 watch from TUS watches for my 41st birthday and the service was fantastic. The watch is beautiful and was a great price, the delivery was really quick and the packaging was good too. Overall a great experience buying from TUS watches and I'll be back again!

Every thing was as it should be but no warrenty card

First time doing business with TUS and it won’t be the last?
I ordered a pre owned watch expecting just that, but received a brand new one still in protective stickers etc, wonderful surprise, super quick free postage and well packaged and the TUS wrapping around the presentation case is a lovely touch, wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Excellent service, quick delivery

Beautiful watch, wrapped very well, delivered promptly. Very happy!

Tom was amazing from start to the end, always made sure I had all the information needed to make the right decision. He went above and beyond to get the watch delivered fast. Definitely recommend this place for beginners & collectors both.

Easy ordering and fast next day delivery. Unfortunately the watch did not appeal to me in the flesh so I returned it and was refunded the next day. I ordered another style which again was delivered next day and I am very happy with it.
Great customer service and highly recommended.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Always quick to answer any questions and quick delivery always. Customer service is second to none and after buying from here a couple of times I will 110% be returning the next time I buy another watch.

Very pleased with the service. Straightforward, and rapid dispatch. Love my new Orient too!

Really straightforward and a great price , real happy with the whole purchase

Easy transaction, quick delivery and well packaged. Ex Display watch in great condition. Thanks

Bought as a present for my sons birthday and he loves it
The watch came next day as it was in stock and really pleased

Very good experience and original products we can trust

The true test of any business is not when things go well, but when problems arise. I bought my 2nd watch from TUS this week (Because the first was great). It was delivered the next day and beautifully packaged. However, the watch wasn't working right. (It was ex-demo but did look perfect) I messaged TUS and received a reply within 5 minutes, which included two things. 1. A free returns label. 2. A promise to ship out (at no extra charge) a better option. I packaged and returned the first watch, only to be told that the better spec replacement was already in the post. It came the next day (today) and is perfect. There was also a gift for my troubles. Now that is world-class service. Sincere thanks to TUS and to Tom...

Great watches, great service and very quick delivery. I love ordering from Tus.

To order was easy and the watch arrived next day very well packaged. Definitely I will use the company for future purchases.

Excellent service fast efficient nice packaging good price very pleased with my Orient Star watch

First class experience with this firm; very pleased with price, delivery was rapid, packaging fantastic and item itself sized for my wrist perfectly straight out of the box in line with my request. Cannot fault. “Buy with confidence” sounds banal, but in this instance it fits the bill exactly!

Many thanks again.

Very good service, delivery and packaging on point ✨
