WRONG TIRE SENT
I ordered a tire, but the wrong one was sent. I called with a return request and was told they would look into it. I have not heard back. I've since called twice, and no one returns my calls, and won't respond to emails. Very disappointed with the poor customer service. Update, they still won't respond to calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Well, they took my money, and after 2 months of waiting, they stopped replying, and only when initiating a refund with my bank, they replied like a robot, saying, " I will get my refund. I was relying on the part for an upcoming rally, and that messed me up a lot.

Recently bought some boots from TripleClamp Moto. I initially thought about one pair of boots but then changed my mind to another pair.
Along the way Jonathan not only made the change to other pair seamless he also gave me a breakdown and compared the two new boots I was looking at. Great customer service and experience at TripleClamp. I'll be back!

Hit with unexpected charges after purchasing
Hit with unexpected charges after purchasing a $126 dollar item. Paid $150 after taxes. Waited a few days for shipping confirmation. It was shipped through DHL, the DHL sends me an email stating they won't continue shipping it to me unless I pay them $62 due to tariffs (I live in the US). I then contact tripleclampmoto and they tell me
"Unfortunately it is in our policy to not accept refused packages, DHL would be instructed to destroy the package if it is returned to the shipper and unfortunately no refund would be eligible.
Due to the changes the US Government made back in August, whenever you are receiving an international shipment that is not specifically sent DDP, you can expect these kinds of tariff/duty charges, it is definitely an unfortunate reality that everyone is dealing with".
There was no warning of this when I ordered and yet they still took my money
Now you know that they are not upfront and honest of these fees.

Ordered a Scott’s steering dampener (which was showing in stock on their site) followed it up a week later as to the status of my order only to be told it would be another two weeks before shipping….two weeks later , emailed again still another week, so I cancelled my order. Super frustrating , but I did receive my refund quickly. Don’t bother ordering from them too dodgy. Sorry.
I purchased a very expensive item
I purchased a very expensive item. It was simply the wrong size and I wanted to exchange it so they sent me a return label. I sent it back to them. Everything that I received was included to tags everything however I had removed the tags to put the jacket on for a few moments as I did not think that I would be returning it then I put it back in the box. And returned it to them they refused to give me a refund saying that I removed the tags and that it smells like smoke. I am not a smoker. I have no idea how it could smell like smoke maybe the delivery driver I have no idea. Then they say they’re returning the original item to me and it never shows I’ve contacted them now trying to figure out where it is.. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company. Awful customer service bad policies. This is a warning to everyone.

Worst return policies I've seen in the industry and terrible customer service. Cheaper and more convenient to just keep the wrong product, resell privately, and buy the correct one elsewhere than to go through their process. Stay away/buyer beware

I have ordered various parts (tires, wheel balancer, chain guide and Cardo) and have their steering damper mount.
They have always been very responsive in email and phone and have worked to make the customer experience great. I feel for the others who have had negative experiences, but mine has always been great. I check with TCM first before the other online sites to see if they have what I need. They will price match if the item is in stock on other sites. What more can you ask for.

Ordered a skid plate from them, very slow shipping.. I sent multiple emails, they would reply "sorry" and "we will make it up to you" ... Received the Skid plate 80 days after my the purchase. They didnt "make make it up to me" There was no discount, not even a sticker.

i ordered a battery, only because the gentleman on the phone told me that they had it in stock, and that paying for 1 day express shipping would get it there very soon.
i ordered on april 13th, and several days later they emailed me telling me it would be 5-8 buisness days until it was able to be shipped, they didn't have it, didn't know where it was, and it was "Lost". i simply asked for a refund on the express shipping, which i was promised. i was told to contact them in a few days if i heard nothing back, i did, i even gave them 2 extra days from when they said, attempted to contact them and was ignored both times, when i finally got through, i was promised a discount, and a refund on the shipping, or something to make it right. battery did not arrive until april 27th, absoloutely disgusted with customer service, shipping time, being lied to. etc. order #6565CA, feel free to make this right at any time guys! i dealt with several people in the company, and all of them run on equally the same "Lie to you to make you hangup" attitude.
