Great forum. Needs to reinvent itself a little to avoid looking dated. Specially for the newer generation with quite a different set of priorities

Whenever I think or plan to visit any place I immediately open TripAdvisor to read the information and review of that place, hotel reviews and the very helpful forums. TripAdvisor is really helpful.

This is an excellent platform to view and book the best places to visit in the city of choice.you can rest assured that the reviews are given by common people and true experiences. Wonderful platform and like no other.

Tripadvisor provides unbiased views that helps customers to make the right decision while planning their holidays or business trips. Their rating is almost accurate and they have never disappointed me, as a customer!

Tripadvisor is the trusted Go To Travel portal for any and all information from Hotels to Sight Seeing and things to do to experiencing local cuisine.

you get lots of fair comments, true experiences, actual realities, this is wonderful platform to share experiences for fellow travellers. Great going. Good job by Tripadvisor.

We have been quite obliged to TripAdvisor for updating reviews on travel destinations,hotels&eating outlets.It hs helped us quite a lot while planning for some outstation trip.

The very idea of trip advisor is out of the box. The genuine reviews and photos of the end users really help you form a opinion about what to expect from the property you are booking which i feel as a traveller is very important whether travelling alone or with family and friends.
The only thing which i feel trip advisor should take care is that at the time of booking through Trip advisor, it directs you to other sites like goibibo or makemy trip or agoda etc for the deals they offer but a couple of times these deals at the other merchant sites are not genuine and you feel cheated. Request trip advisor to channelise proper agreements with these merchant sites for offering what is shown on trip advisor .

I want to suggest to make booking of hotels,activities and other travellers needs bookings more easy ,economical and useful.

Generally my observation is tourists write good experiences only or only good experiences reviews are published. When I had a bad experience and tried to pen the same, that review was not published.

The reviews, therefore, in my view, give broad / overall idea about each property. Those desiring to travel have to use that and information from all other sources to take their final call.

While we can get genuine review from travellers, the hotel rates are not correct sometimes. Also, details on full trip, cruises, etc would be helpful
