I ordered some trichocereus pachanoi San Pedro Seeds they arrived within a few days and they are all starting to germinate now yaaay

I'm really happy with my experience with Cactocereus. Initially, I was cautious since I don't know much about cactuses, but the positive reviews reassured me. The delivery was quick, well-packaged, and the cactus looked healthy. The customer service was great, and I'm about to make my second purchase! fully recommend them.

amazing cuts, healthy plants and quick delivery what more can you ask for

I recently purchased a cactus. It came perfectly wrapped to protect it. Is now planted and very happy:)

Top notch in every aspect. Very helpful and speedy answers arrived to a couple of questions pre-order, then my order arrived promptly and very well protected. Byron is obviously very passionate about his cactii which gives confidence when ordering.

The best cacti, everything perfect, greatly appreciated

Byron was friendly and responsive with great products. Sent with care and quickly. Highly recommend!

From the moment I first contacted Byron to leaving his fascinating and hugely impressive collection of plants with two of my own, Byron was and is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and not a little obsessive about cacti! Byron radiates a generosity and warmth that is infectious, and one can immediately see how much his plants and ensuring that they thrive and multiply means to him. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Byron and Cactocereus to anyone. Thank you again, Byron.

Really really great … professional … helpful … and very kind … thank you very very much!

Value for money, packed well, quick delivery and a healthy plant.

after many purchases, perfect as always! lovely product well looked after which is so important to me, great condition as always fast delivery and Byron such a gentleman
Thanks

All good no complains

My seedlings arrived quickly and well packaged. The more prickly of the two was in a cardboard sleeve which not only protected it in transit, but allowed me to save my fingers whilst potting up.

Byron was also super-responsive to my questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking about the basics.

Prompt hassle free delivery with great customer service throughout
Would definitely use this company again for my cactus needs

couldnt think of a better person to fill the niche, Byron's a professional at what he does & the product speaks volumes💚

wouldnt order anywhere else in the UK

The little cacti were impeccably packaged and arrived safely and swiftly. I appreciated that no plastic was used in their packaging and it was all card and shredded paper that was used to protect them. Byron was great, and there was an extra plant peep in the box, which was a wonderful surprise.

Good communication by email at every step from order to delivery. Order quickly processed, very well and safely packed and delivered very quickly.
The product is fantastic. Large for a seedling, which is what I paid for, with a good root system.Excellent quality at a very good price.

My purchase couldn't have gone any smoother I asked a couple of questions about the plant I was purchasing as I have done before and they didn't hesitate to help and answer every question I had aswell as the plant was packaged like the president of America going from place to place safe and secure

Byron at tricho Uk is so helpful, nothing is a problem. Always there with great advice and help when needed. I have purchased some superb plants and great quality pots and have been extremely happy on all occasions. The plants are very healthy and have great strong roots.
