I booked with sid very nice person when booking when comes to amend any charges he is not helpful at all and cost you a lot money to amend any changes i spoke to the airline to do any changes there was no fare difference but change fee only sid charge me change fee plus fare difference he wasn't fair at all biggest problem with this company was the person you are dealing you will only allow to deal with him other agent will not help. Also they will lock your tickets any changes you have to make you cannot do directly with air line you will have to do with the travel agent avoid booking with these i rather book directly with the airline also my kids name were wrong even though i sent the passport picture to check the name for tickets despite doing that name were still wrong i have to pay extra to change the name very disappointed they will put pressure on you to book the tickets but don't get under pressure. I will never book with these agents avoid

Very approachable, understanding and the best thing was when I was stuck to explain to my dad in my mother tongue, Sid comfortably helped.
