Easy to work with, always good and fast response and always in time. 👍
My best recommemdations.

Taylor was very helpful we were a team of 18 people and we managed to get the minivan reserved and booked for us on the strike weekend. Driver was friendly as well. I will definitely book again.

Second time using the company one for a very long journey and one for a slightly shorter journey. Communication was good. Had a slight wait both times for collection to the event/venue, unsure if this was due to traffic or not setting off early enough.

Could do with having toilet on a long distance journey as we travelled 5+ hours and had 1 or 2 maybe toilet stops.

Used August 2022 and 2023.

I have used them twice now and both times they have been great at sorting what we needed and the drivers were at the right place at the right time for both legs of the journey.
The communication from the drivers was fantastic.
This year we had a last minute change in numbers and Alex was very helpful and got us a larger bus.

The driver drove well was early, journey smooth delivered well but there was a little hiccup close to the date which cause a little anxiety, however Jackie honoured his word and delivered as expected

This company cancelled last minute for a service booked in April 3 days before a big event that we had booked. Unreliable and not legitimate company. They are impossible to get hold of. They are not who they say they are. Avoid at all costs.

Genuine scam. All the 5 star reviews are fake and written by the same person who is involved with this fake company. If you scroll down and look you see the 1* reviews.
We should have realised when communication and language not appropriate.

I had a late booking . No available buses . I had to find a solution within 48 hours , otherwise I would have cancel my church’s youth trip. Alex , a booking officer whom I never knew before kindly managed to sort it out in 15 minutes. She was so helpful. I’ll never hesitate to contact her again in the future. Many thanks Alex. God bless you.

i was looking for travel company from two month for our 15days europe trip of 11 people. couldnt find any agent who can manage our private europr tour. Finaly i met alex hart from transporthubuk . She is very experiance and talented person. She just took only 1day to confirm and organized our tour. They provide us the best driver we had so far. I recommende this company for any family.

Shocking service, booked a 18 seater mini bus, which on the day sent a 16 seater and a taxi as the said the bus had ‘broken down’ the day of. This was not the case as the taxi driver showed the confirmation of the booking, 2 taxis had been arranged the day before so there was no broken down bus. They wanted a deposit and to be paid in full online the day before, before we even got into a taxi or mini bus. The taxi driver was rude and threatened to kick all us passengers out at the side of the road. Will definitely not be using this service again.

Defo avoid.
We need to cancel our booked bus but no one is picking up
Seems they pester you for the deposit then ignore you. This is only a handling site and books transport within the area needed, you can do this yourself

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked a coach for stag do being very clear on the date required. Less than 2 weeks before the planned trip they confirmed they had made a mistake and recorded the wrong date. After initially saying they would sort it out they now have stated they can’t find a coach on the booked date and are refusing to return the refund.
Avoid, avoid, avoid

We had a last minute from to the racecourse and they managed to squeeze us in and cover the job.
Driver was super polite and got us there on time.
Will use their services again for sure.

Awful company, do not use. Run for the hills. They will send you a old, smelly (cigarette smoke) wet seats, falling apart minibus. Rude drivers. IMO, money grabbing!

I hired an 8 seater minibus for 7 hours for my wedding day to ferry guests to and from a train station, church and reception. Instead, we were provided a single journey at the start and end of the day. This caused much stress and inconvenience. Transport Hub showed absolutely no sign of remorse or regret, they have not apologised or shown any care. No-one answers the phone and the price we paid was double any other taxi fare.

I would definitely NOT recommend them!

We worked with Alex and they were totally brilliant. We had excellent service complex requests moving people all over the country and county for our charity. The drivers have been so supportive we couldn't have asked for a better partner to care for our participants.

The drivers were great. We had a last-minute misunderstanding which was resolved by the booking agent, Alex, despite her being on her annual leave. I hope to use their service again in the future.

The best service in London.
I highly recommend Transport HubUk
Also thank you Sam Lee. She was kind and patient with me. I will use this company again for my next journeys in the UK

Emma Thompson was excellent in arranging transport logistics for our Youths with absolute peace of mind.

Kind regards

Chike
