Transfers Rome Civitavecchia Arvostelua 

Upon landing at the airport and clearing customs, my driver was standing in a large group of people with my name on a sign. I went up to him and identified myself and he promptly led me out of the airport to the car which was very clean. The driver was very courteous. Because I didn't know Italian and he didn't know a lot of English, we had very little conversation but he took me directly to the hotel in Civitavecchia. The ride was comfortable and smooth. I would have no hesitation at all recommending this company and will use them again when I am in need of the same service.

Wonderful experience, professional and punctual driver. We requested a transfer from Civitavecchia Porto to Pienza, everything was perfect and at a good price.

Excellent service.. would definitely recommend. Driver contacted us at airport to confirm his arrival and waited as we were delayed getting our luggage. He helped us with our bags. As we approached the car I realized I was thirsty and wished I had stopped for a bottle of water. Like our driver read my mind, he opened the car door and there waiting were 2 bottles of cold water and some pistachio caramels which were delicious. Unfortunately as we approached our hotel there was a sudden downpour. The driver told us to get inside and he handled the luggage. I felt bad that his suit and shirt were soaked. We had pleasant conversations during the drive. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he dropped us at the Hotel delaville in civitavicca on Oct 24.

Likes - booking communication via email was timely and clear.

Dislikes - I’m sure this is not common, however it was our experience for this transfer.

Our pickup was scheduled for 7:30am. The driver was late due to traffic and arrived at 7:50am. He was a bit frazzled probably feeling rushed and therefore was impatient overall. We had 8 passengers (6 sitting in the back, 2 in the front). We all sat in quickly. The driver was a bit frustrated that we were holding backpacks on our laps and insisted they all be tucked behind the seat for safety. He had stuff in the front seat (water bottle, keys, paper). I picked it to sit in and handed him the stuff. He appeared unhappy, took the items and dumped them off to the dashboard. While leaving the port he was buckling his seat belt, adjusting the fan settings and steering at the same time (swerving). He really needed to calm down. He must have been worried that we’d miss our flight, so was driving an average of 130km. A few moments driving up to 170km. He should have asked whether we were late for a flight or not, so that he’d drive at a reasonable & safer speed. I could sense that he was anxious and therefore we didn't want to engage in conversation. Overall the experience would have been better if the drivers aim to be 15min early for pickup, communicate to reassess timing, be pleasant and calm. I only used this company once and believe it was a one time issue that can be easily improved.

The driver is very responsive. The vehicle is spacious and clean. The price is very reasonable, less than what hotel offered. I will definitely use them again!

The contact women, whom I can't remember by name was great, answered my emails when I had flight changes, when we had to stop at the Lost and Found in Rome airport, she had the driver wait for us. The driver was wonderful, got us to the port in under an hour. We paid for the extra hour of wait time. The only thing that I agreed to but didn't like was the last minute 15 euro fare increase that I was request to pay. I would still recommend the company to others.

We were very happy with our service from beginning to end. We were picked up on time in a beautiful vehicle, our driver was courteous and professional and he got us to our destination safely.

Our driver was great!! On time, and very polite. Setting up the pickup was very easy. Our driver had the pass to get into the port right next to the ship which was huge.

Excellent service from Transfers Rome Civitavecchia. The driver Claudio arrived on time, he was smartly dressed, professional, courteous and polite. The Mercedes Vito was clean and immaculate. Overall, a very pleasurable transfer from Citavecchia Port to Rome Airport. I would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.

We had a problem finding a company that would take to of us from the Civitavecchia port to Ciampino Airport. A couple of companies never responded to emails but Matilde responded quickly to our numerous questions. Our driver Claudio arrived 10 minutes early smartly dressed in a lovely vehicle. He gave us a smooth and comfortable drive to the airport. If we need a transfer again we will definitely use them.

Our driver was very sweet and very good. Greeted it us when we came out and then took us right to the port.

The pick up was for a group of 17. And BOTH vehicles were 45 minutes late. I had to call and find out where they were. No notification from them.
I understand maybe a few minutes due to traffic... but that is unacceptable.

Very responsive to emails. The driver called us ahead of time to confirm pickup location. He was great company and even did a little bit of "guide" work pointing out landmarks around the city. I would definitely use this company again!
