Geared towards IFAs
They geared towards IFA, from a consumer standpoint I’d describe the offering as quite basic. There are a few key features missing such as portfolio X-ray and also a native android/iOS app, so a little old school from a technology standpoint. From a consumer perspective it’s a bit clunky.

First time client user.
Yesterday was the first time I had needed to access transact and use their online tools. I found the process easy to navigate and use. As a novice I found filling in one of the forms arduous due to my lack of knowledge and understanding. One quick phone call was all it took for me to be guided through that part of the process. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the whole transaction and the help that I received

Very simple selling process
Very simple selling process, typical of Transact. I have been investing through Transact for over 15 years, and their service, both online and by phone is excellent. Their charges are constantly being reviewed, and usually downwards!!

Great first experience
Really impressed with Transact so far. Opening my new ISA was quick and hassle‑free, and the online access is very easy to use. Navigation feels intuitive, and everything I need is easy to find.
