Tradeskills4u Arvostelua 

In 2023 I completed my 2365-03 qualification at Tradeskills4u. My journey with them was very pleasant. Facilities at Gatwick centre where I completed my training are of top of the line quality with very helpful and friendly staff.
Currently I decided to continue my journey to become fully qualified electrician and that is why I signed up for NVQ part with Tradeskills4u.

Tradeskills4U (Gatwick) is an excellent skills training institution. From the very first day I started my Level 1 in Electrical Installation, I knew that this institution was the perfect one to gain full training in Electrical Installation. The Learning facilities there are first-class; the atmosphere and general environment is quite conducive for learning. Tutors are extremely professional and make skills training seemingly easy. They will go above and beyond to ensure the success of each candidate who enters that institution. I am currently enrolled to undertake the Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation and I will continue to attend this institution until I have gained full qualification in the said skill area.

Great experience with Tradeskills4u! The training was well organised, the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. I learned a lot and felt confident putting my new skills into practice. Highly recommend

Finished 2365-02 on 16 Dec 2025. I chose TradeSkills4U based on reviews, but my experience did not match at all.

Issues I experienced: unclear expectations, a poorly structured schedule (practical before enough theory, then time spent repeating theory already covered during practical), lack of tools/equipment, and weak customer service. My schedule was incomplete, and communication was inconsistent and often payment-driven including calls during class time.

I also had problems around scheduling/training support: my 18th Edition was rescheduled because I missed the start date, and I was told I wasn’t capable of catching up (missed it because it wasn't included in the schedule nor any comms). That is not an acceptable way to handle adult learners, support and clear options should be provided instead of dismissive messaging.

The tutors (John/Steven/Brandon) did their very best with limited resources, but the overall delivery felt constrained by poor planning and resourcing. I self-funded this course and, for me, it was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this provider unless they urgently improve planning, communication, and on-site resources.

Regarding the Inservice inspection and testing of electrical equipment (PAT Testing) course -

I attended the course with this provider and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite failing the assessment three times, I was given no constructive feedback or guidance on what I was doing wrong. Without clear explanations, it’s impossible to improve or demonstrate competence.

Training should be about building skills and confidence, but instead I felt unsupported and left in the dark. The lack of feedback suggests the provider is more interested in pass/fail numbers than genuinely helping learners succeed.

I would strongly recommend choosing a training company that offers proper learner support, clear feedback, and guidance, especially for those new to PAT testing. This course did not meet those standards.

Excellent training centre, great tutors, and pleasant place to learn. Would highly recommend
