Hi James,

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and can fully understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive updates about your delivery.

Your order was dispatched on 16/06/2025 via Evri, and tracking details should have been available. We’re reviewing why these may not have been clearly communicated and why your messages were missed — that's not the level of service we aim to provide.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you still need assistance or haven’t yet received your item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com — we’ll be happy to investigate and resolve this quickly.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Hi Mr. Buyuk,

We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been — we completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order and then find out the item is unavailable.

Unfortunately, your order (#20127660) had to be cancelled due to a stock discrepancy, and a full refund was issued promptly. We also emailed you on 12th June 2025 to explain the situation and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are currently reviewing our stock systems to avoid situations like this in the future and deeply regret that this affected your trust in us. If there’s anything we can do to regain that trust or help you further, please reach out to us at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com.

Thank you for your feedback — we value it and hope to have the chance to serve you better next time.

Hi Colette,

We’re very sorry to hear that you’ve had such a disappointing experience — that’s never the outcome we want for our customers.

We understand you returned the item, and we’ve reviewed the case internally. Unfortunately, the product arrived back to us damaged and in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Had the product been delivered to you in a damaged state, we would never have asked you to return it due to the fragile nature of the item. We completely understand how this situation has been frustrating and we’re sorry that it’s led to a breakdown in communication.

That said, we’d still like to resolve this fairly. If you’d be open to it, please contact our team at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com — we’re happy to re-review the case and work toward a resolution.

Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve both our service and how we handle delicate items.

Hi Abdul,

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for an item that’s usually needed urgently on-site.

Your order was dispatched on 04/06/2025, but unfortunately, there was a stock delay from the manufacturer (Rothenberger), and they didn’t notify us as quickly as we would have hoped. Normally, this item is a standard stock line, and we’re very sorry for the delay and inconvenience it caused.

We’re actively reviewing how we communicate delivery estimates and stock status so that this type of issue is avoided in future. Your input helps us improve, and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We completely understand how frustrating it is when an item listed as in stock turns out to be unavailable — especially when you're working to a deadline.

Unfortunately, the item went back into processing due to a stock delay from the supplier, and we should have communicated that earlier and more clearly. We’re reviewing how we handle real-time stock updates to avoid situations like this in the future.

We're sorry we couldn’t meet your timeline on this occasion, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience — it helps us improve.

Hi Iain,

Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear there was confusion around the product listing. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’re grateful you contacted us so quickly.

We're glad we could resolve it promptly with a refund, but we agree that clarity is essential — and we’ve taken your comments on board. We’re currently reviewing the listing in question to make sure it’s crystal clear moving forward.

Thanks again for highlighting this — it helps us improve both our site and the customer experience.

Hi Tony,

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the communication around your order. Unfortunately, there was an extended delay from the manufacturer (REMS), which was outside of our control — but we absolutely understand how frustrating that must have been.

We’ve since cancelled the order and issued a full refund. While we wish things had gone differently, we appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

If there’s anything further we can do to assist or if you ever decide to give us another try, we’d be happy to help.

Hi Gary,

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the lack of follow-up after you reported the damage. Unfortunately, your original ticket was accidentally closed in our system — that was our mistake, and we sincerely apologise.

To put things right, we’ve arranged for a replacement Meterbox to be sent out immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're grateful you brought this to our attention so we could resolve it properly.

Hi Steve,

We're genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your recent experience — especially regarding the damaged item and difficulties getting in touch. That’s not the experience we want our customers to have.

We can confirm that after your initial contact, a replacement HiKOKI item was processed the very next day, and we hope this has now arrived with you in good condition.

That said, we understand how frustrating the situation was, and we’re reviewing our communication channels to ensure customers receive quicker updates during busy periods.

We do value your custom and would welcome the opportunity to serve you better in future. If there’s anything still unresolved, please contact us directly at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com.

Hi James,

Thank you for your feedback — we’re really sorry for the delay and the frustration caused by the item not arriving when expected.

There was a brief stock-related delay with the Sealey item, but we’re pleased to confirm that your order was dispatched the day after your review was posted. We hope it’s now arrived safely and meets your expectations.

If there’s anything further we can assist with, or if you'd like to discuss the order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com.

We’d love it if you'd consider updating your review to reflect the full experience — but either way, we appreciate your feedback and your order.
