Probably it was a hard day for him with us because we went through a few cars, with so many questions, changed our mind couple of times or more and still he was so kind and patience! Well I was welcome with conna, but some time after was surrounded with 2 others which I didn't like. I was kept waiting in the office which was annoying. So in a nutshell not good. I have problems with the car ! And see how it goes from there?

I’m giving 1 star because I have to please don’t buy from here we couldn’t get a worse experience we bought and paid for it car and found the service light on so we said we want it sorted before we took the car so while doing this they found the exhaust had a hole in it and we couldn’t take it away and it wouldn’t be looked at for 3 days and to make it worse it was the sale price but weve checked paperwork and they have pit a different price on so now thinking of cancelling the whole thing and getting our deposit back don’t trust these guys cars do not have a 99 check and are 6month out of date and to top it off while doing the finance they told us to cancel the insurance and tax so after being told the new car had a hhole in the exhaust and service light was on we had no car to get home and had to try and sort that out to

I brought a vehicle back in may and have nothong but problems with the vehicle i have gad several appointments with nothing but continuous issues, i was able to speak to 2 advisors harvey and dan who had provided me the best service since being at the branch the service i received recently gas been the best all work has been carried out as promised from the workshop manager jaz and i have 1 last appointment left and i will finally be able to enjoy my vehicle its been a long journey but thank you to the 2 advisors and woel shop manager to get it all done

From start to finish everyone has been amazing! So friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me and I was given opportunities to ask questions if I wasn’t sure of something. I got into the dealer as soon as a web special deal was put on their website. The car wasn't even ready to display, and I was literally the only customer in the dealer. Then they forced me to buy an "optional" premium protection pack, when I said no, they refused to sell the car to me saying that it's now sold.. not kidding.

That's how corporate, customer-focused they are...

So simply stay away from "scam" ads on their website. They are only sold to whoever they wish.
