Votre demande de retour concernait un produit qui ne convenait pas à votre utilisation, notamment pour des raisons de dimensions. Cette demande a été acceptée et traitée rapidement. L’avoir correspondant a été édité le jour même de la réception de votre retour.
Comme il s’agissait d’une commande passée dans un cadre professionnel, le traitement du retour reste soumis à nos conditions générales de vente applicables aux clients professionnels. Dans ce cadre, un retour accepté donne lieu à l’émission d’un avoir, et non à un remboursement sur le moyen de paiement initial.
Cet avoir reste utilisable pendant un an à compter de son édition, effectuée à réception du retour.
Nous comprenons que l’évolution de votre situation rende cet avoir moins adapté à votre besoin actuel. Toutefois, cela ne modifie pas les conditions applicables au traitement d’un retour professionnel, qui ont été appliquées conformément aux modalités prévues.

DO NOT TRUST TLHP AND B&C SPEAKERS WITH YOUR TIME OR PROJECTS.I purchased 4 brand-new B&C speakers from TLHP for a time-sensitive audio project. One unit arrived completely defective out of the box with an improperly glued surround—a clear manufacturing defect that ruined the mechanical parameters (Cms) and stiffness of the membrane.What followed was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in the professional audio industry:Absurd Timelines: I reported the defect on March 16th, and TLHP confirmed receipt of the speaker on April 1st. It took them over 50 days to handle a simple warranty claim for a basic €70 speaker.Refusal to Cooperate: Instead of doing the professional thing—replacing the brand-new, dead-on-arrival unit from their stock—TLHP hid behind the manufacturer. They forced me to wait nearly two months for B&C to "repair" a factory defect on a brand-new item.Project Destroyed: Because of their extreme sluggishness, I missed my early April project presentation deadline, causing me severe professional and reputational damage.Zero Respect for the Client: My formal emails demanding a refund or replacement were completely ignored. They never replied to my ultimatums. Once the repaired speaker finally arrived on May 18th, they simply closed the dispute automatically—without a single word of apology, explanation, or accountability.If you are a professional or a serious hobbyist with strict deadlines, avoid TLHP and B&C Speakers. They do not care about your time, they do not respect your business, and their communication is non-existent. A €70 speaker is not worth 2 months of radio silence and a ruined project. Totally unprofessional. 1/5 stars.

We understand that the delay was frustrating, especially for a time-sensitive project. However, we would like to clarify that the case was not ignored and that the warranty process was followed.
After your return request was opened, we provided the return instructions and arranged the prepaid return once the required parcel information was received. The loudspeaker was then received by our after-sales service, forwarded to B&C Speakers for warranty handling, repaired by the manufacturer, and shipped back to you on May 12th.
The return transport, manufacturer handling, warranty repair and reshipment were all managed at no cost to you.
We understand that you expected an immediate replacement from stock. However, in this case, the product was handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process, which may involve inspection and repair by B&C Speakers.
We regret that the delay did not meet your expectations, but we confirm that your case was followed and completed under warranty.

Nightmare!
It feels like a bad joke to ask me to rate my experience with your service, given that I still haven’t received what I ordered and paid for three weeks ago.
Instead of immediately resending the order that your own business partner, Colissimo, lost, you are making me wait until you receive compensation from them, while I have to keep chasing you just to find out when I will finally receive the items I need.
On top of that, you have now stopped replying to my emails.
I am extremely disappointed.
Update: 5/5/2026
Parcel finally received yesterday, 4th May 2026, after almost 28 days in transit due to mishandling from the Grek Postal company (ELTA). THLP performed any possible actions to resolve the case but they should seriously reconsider their carrier business parthenrs.

We would like to clarify that we were informed of the delivery issue on April 23 and opened a claim with the carrier the same day. The carrier must now complete its checks with the postal services involved before confirming whether the parcel can still be located or must be considered lost.
We also confirm that we are not waiting for compensation before handling your case. Several replies were sent to explain the situation and the process in progress, and we are sorry if our follow-up did not feel clear or reassuring enough.
We understand that this delay is frustrating, especially when the items are needed urgently, and we will continue to follow the case until a solution can be provided.
