Loved the bag I bought when it arrived! Exactly as the picture and it came pretty fast too! All communication was efficient and buying from them was genuinely a pleasant experience! I highly recommend!!!

I received the London bag ash colour standard size as a Christmas gift along with the orange standard London bag. As it was Black Friday when they were ordered, I received several extra free gifts. A cotton tote bag two twillie scarves and a bag charm. What a lovely suprise. The bags are really good quality and arrived on time. Would order again from them.

Recently got the Chelsea bag in grey, and it is a really gorgeous warm grey colour. Its amazing quality and will be buying another one in a different colour. I had a slight hiccup with my order but the customer service was outstanding and they responded / sorted any issues immediately. Cant wait to order with them again! 🙂

I had to write a review because this blue bag is STUNNING. I receive compliments everywhere I go. The bag matches every outfit perfectly. The quality is amazing and unmatched—I have a few designer bags where the quality is far worse. I've also got two scarves from them and they fit perfectly with the bag.

Great service and absolutely love my London bag in black with choice if 2 straps. I can dress it up and down. Love it sooo much I have ordered another in brown and hoping to add to my collection. I have had lots of comments while at shopping and my sisters and daughter love it x

I received my Chelsea bag this evening, and I'm very impressed with everything about it. The quality is excellent and the bag looks absolutely stunning! I can't wait for morning as intend wearing it to the office to show it off.

The customer service I received from Jess has been outstanding. I initially received the wrong item, but Jess made sure that the problem was resolved with no fuss at all. Thank you so much, I think my bag is great and I know I'll be ordering other bags in the future!

I cannot comment on the product as I have not received it. I have tried to reach them 3 times now and on instagram as I had questions to ask but with no luck. Their shipping policy says 7-10 working days but today is 5 business days and so far there is no tracking information. When I tried to check the status online, it is now showing ‘Order not found’ but I see that my card has been charged. It’s been an incredibly frustrating shopping experience.

I am extremally happy with my second handbag I got from this shop, specially because the second one I got I did not pay anything, why? Because my first one I bought it came damaged and I complained with the shop, the shop said it would be solved. They asked me If I would like to get the money back or replaced with another handbag, I said I would like another handbag as I know they have a lovely and sophisticate design. So they said that would send to me another one and I could choose any model that they have on their website.

To my surprise and I did not expected they could do it, they sent to me another handbag, the one I chose and they still said I could keeping the first one came damaged. It was a great experience I've never had it before.

Thank Totes Luxe UK for excellent job you have done, we can understand that any business can have problem, but the most important is, the company will always be able to solve customers problems and keeping your business growing with a good reputation.

I am be more than happy to recommend Totes Luke UK Handbang. It is not only because they solved my problem, it is because the have high quality and design is very sophisticated as well.

I placed an order on November 24th for €186. Since then, I have tried contacting them twice to find out where my order is, but I received no response. I opened a case with PayPal, and they still haven’t responded. I also messaged them on Instagram, but they ignored me there too. The money has already been transferred. This company is a complete scam.

Two days ago I wrote a review here on Trustpilot, and they immediately responded, asking me to verify my details by providing my name and order number. I did that, but nothing has happened since then. Total scammers. Do not order from them under any circumstances!

Can’t comment on the product I’ve purchased because I have not received it yet but the the customer service although responded initially have now decided to ignore me. The tracking hasn’t updated on there site for over a week and seems stuck now with Royal Mail and possibly lost. No way of contacting them outside of emails so I would avoid because the service isn’t great.

Thanks to Rachel my order arrived the next day as promised. I'm pleased with my handbag and the service I received after the initial order going astray. I await the promised refund.

Before purchasing I done some research on Totesluxe handbags, watched loads of tik-tok videos too. I purchased a London Bag in Ash for my friend and I haven't given it to her yet . The Bag was promptly delivered and it was presented very well in a box and looks absolutely stunning. I did contact customer service and they replied within a few hours which I was impressed by and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered the mini version of the London bag as a present for my Mum. It arrived on time and is a great looking bag. The quality is exceptional. However, I knew it would be too small for my Mum who carries everything around with her. So, I contacted Customer Services via email to advise my error. I received a response in good time and tbe exchange has now taken place. Very impressed all round and it is so nice to converse with human beings as opposed to a Chatbot. Now saving up to buy myself a bag so I don't have to borrow my Mums. Love love love!

I’ve ordered several bags from totes luxe. I did have a mix up with a bag and had to reach out to customer services for them to rectify which they did efficiently. The bags are fantastic quality, I always get compliments. I use mine everyday without any problems. I will continue to purchase my bags from this company!!

Took a month to deliver, they offered a partial refund, over a month later still no refund. Avoid buying from this dreadful company!!!

I ordered the Chelsea bag in grey on Monday and asked if they could do next day delivery as it was a birthday present, I was so happy when it got delivered the next day. They kept me informed about my delivery throughout.
The bag its self is lovely . I love the look of it and the quality of the bag is amazing. I will definitely be purchasing more from here 🙂

I ordered the Milan black 28cm bag from the Totesluxe website on 25th Oct and had it delivered 7th November via Royal Mail. The bag is EXCEPTIONAL! I've only dreamed of having the real thing (Hermes kelly) and purchased this thinking it wouldn't match quality. But I was wrong. The price is not only affordable but the quality looks near enough to the real thing. Honestly very happy with the bag!! Not everyone can afford the real thing and looking most places the dupes look nowhere near good enough, and are silly prices. I'll be ordering the Chelsea black bag (similar to Hermes Birkin) very soon!
