Really great customer service
Really great customer service. I thought a tie that I ordered as part of larger order had been missed from the order. I contacted total clothing and they immediately sent a replacement with no quibble at all.
Embarrassingly, I later found the tie, that I thought had been missing, under my son’s bed - the mistake had been mine all along.
Really impressed with the prompt, friendly, professional customer service team and how they handled all this.

Good quality clothing and excellent customer care
Total Clothing reply very quickly to emails and have helped me on more than one occasion to swap sizes of the clothes I had ordered for my children. The quality of the clothing is great too.

Company can improve on delivery…
Company can improve on delivery promises. I was told repeatedly the uniforms would arrive by 10 working days from paying, and it took 12 after many phone calls and e-mails communication. All this was stressful and wholly unnecessary. These being school uniforms, it would be extremely helpful if a premium delivery (1 or 2 working days) was available upon ordering.

We’re very sorry for the communication delays and the extended delivery time you experienced. This certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, some of the garments in your order were unfortunately out of stock. We did contact you on the 13th of October to explain this, but we completely understand that the further delays and lack of timely updates made the situation more stressful.
We will be raising this with our team to review how we can improve both our communication process and our delivery options moving forward.

What a shambles
What a shambles. The kids have to wear those pathetic clip on ties and this company won't replace the broken one because I didn't keep the receipt. Like you even get a choice to buy anywhere else. Pathetic, small minded, crap company with crap, overpriced merchandise. Not happy at all and now I've got to waste £12.25 PLUS shipping to replace the crappy broken one that fell apart. FUMING!!!!!

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be.
As mentioned during your previous email, live chat, and telephone conversations with our team, we’re unable to issue a replacement without proof of purchase.
We’ve requested your order number or the email address used to place the order, but unfortunately, these details were not a record on our system. Without this information, our customer service team can’t locate your order to process a replacement.
We also asked for details of when the payment was made so that we could trace the transaction in our system, but this information hasn’t been provided. Once we receive any of the requested details, we’ll be more than happy to issue a replacement, provided the item falls within our six-month faulty returns policy.
Please could you send us your order confirmation, order number, or details of the date and time of purchase? This will allow us to resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible.

Went above and beyond
I don't live in the Peterborough area so I don't use total clothing normally but I could not find any boys grey school shorts in size 3-4 anywhere. I work next door so popped in and spoke to Dee who found me a pair to try and they were perfect so ordered 2 more pairs and they arrived really quickly and Dee even delivered them to me at work! Dee works out the back area of the building so she isn't normally customer facing but she was a superstar and went out of her way to help me.

Great customer service
Great customer service, I placed my order really early in the morning and I made a mistake in the address. It couldn’t be delivered so was redirected back to them. I sent an email explaining what I had done, asking for what I should do next. They were quick to respond, letting me know once it had been received back to them they would get it sent out again no extra charge for delivery. I was so pleased I didn’t have to reorder anything they simply handled it. Really impressed!
