I figured it might just block cravings a little but id still need to diet. Honestly i didn’t change much and ive lost 9 lbs in two months.I just dont feel like eating as much. Portions got smaller naturally. So yeah it’s real weight loss for me.

Red Carpet Inn Ft. Lauderdale was a BIG disappointment. Hotel was in bad condition. The room was dirty. The air conditionner filter was filthy and was resting on a 2 X 4 ! Very noisy ! Big gap around our door that was leading outside. My biggest letdown was their total disregard for my luggage which was damaged by the shuttle driver to the cruise port. When I mentioned the damage, he just laughed it off. No apologies.
The management has absolutely refused to compensate me and has even hung up on me when I insisted. No call backs.
DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE !! IT' S A HUGE GAMBLE !

I am so impressed with NDR and especially Scott Voth. He genuinely cared about me and made himself accessible to me anytime. His response to my emails were immediate and he put me at ease. I had done a lot of homework researching companies and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to use NDR.

I ordered two lamps from Value Lights-have to be honest have never heard of them before-but wanted"something different so thought i would give them a try.They are from their Maxi Marissa range & i have to say they look great exactly what i wanted.Have to say i was concerned that the shades might be damaged but the packaging was excellent & in perfect condition.Would definitely recommend these lamps & Value Lights.
