Ordered a nail gun with extra nails ordered wrong size for gun trying to send back but I’ve not heard anything back so I’m sending it all back but going to cost a fortune to return

I ordered the wrong drill and popped in…

I ordered the wrong drill and popped in to change it and get the right one ordered, I dealt with 3 members of staff for various things and they were so polite and helpful highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again, top company👍🏻

I purchased the Tacwise nail staple

I purchased the Tacwise nail stapler it seemed an excellent price it arrived in good time and is of good quality, be aware that the prices are all ex vat the shipping and delivery charge of £5.85+vat and by the time all is added together what seem a bargain was just a couple of quid short of another online retailer who delivers next day.

🤔 please 🙏 don’t advertise products that you don’t have in stock
This should be shown before you order any products and can cause problems when we need them in a hurry
Other companies in the same industry can tell you what they have got and how many are available
This was my first purchase with these people and even though the price was super and you will not get it anywhere else for the price the customer service team should be making sure that they are available before they advertise it
Otherwise the delivery 🚚 was next working day and everything else was easy enough

Good range of products across several categories. Pricing not too bad but small order surcharge can spoil it, makes it worth checking on Amazon or other sites if product available, can make it cheaper. Delivery very good but packing is a bit OTT - massive carton 4 sizes too big, loads of shredded corrugated. Needs some logistics thought and application.

Fantastic service from ToolChimp from start to finish. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the communication throughout was excellent. I especially liked the notifications and updates, which kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service, reliable company, and a smooth overall experience. Highly recommended!
