Tool was rubbish, ordered a pin gun but wouldn’t even fire pins in. Asked for a refund and so far have been ignored! Avoid product and company!!!

As a sole trader I found the service very poor, although the online site is glitzy and promising the service after purchase, in my opinion, is disappointing. I ordered goods to satisfy a job I was engaged on, the items were still not delivered after seven days, I contacted toolchimp to query the order only to be told that a third party company had yet to deliver the items. If I had known this I would have sourced the items elsewhere.

Products arrived on time and with good communication and aftersales support from Toolchimp.
Would recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks very much for your help.

Good comms, fast delivery, friendly staff. The packaging was sufficient but was clearly a very old and worn box, probably old stock or display model. But the mower was prestine condition and full warranty so all good. Would use Toolchimp again

A dodgy business. Try to avoid at all cost. I have ordered an item that was listed as it's in stock. Turned out to be a complete lie and now they won't even refund me!

Made an order for almost £100 with Toolchimp for Marshalltown Trowel and Hawk for next day delivery, items never arrived I called them was told that my items would be with me within five days due to supply issues, I accepted this unfortunately items still never arrived.

I called them again was told there are further delays due to supply issues from the USA and my items would be with me within 10 days, still no delivery, two days after the due date I then called and cancelled the order, I was told to put this in an email I did this and sent it I was told during the call my refund would take around a week, never got the refund?

Had to make a PayPal dispute and was refunded by PayPal, would I ever use Toolchimp again I doubt it, I found same items I wanted on Amazon at a much cheaper price and delivery was two days later.
