i got the mascara, better than sex, also the primer for the mascara. please DO NOT waste your money on the primer. it makes no difference what so ever. i wish i could put a photo on here to show you. one eye with and one without. NO difference whatsoever.

Definitely doesn’t live up to its name!!

I was so looking forward to trying out my Better Than Sex mascara but I’m so disappointed with it.
It doesn’t lengthen my lashes as promised in the write up.
After 3 applications my lashes are clumpy and stumpy

Moje zamówienie zostało anulowane z przyczyny ich „błędu cenowego”, co jest dla mnie absurdalną sytuacją zważywszy na to, że inni klienci zamawiający dokładnie ten sam towar otrzymali swoje zamówienie. Jak dla mnie totalny brak profesjonalizmu, sytuacja żenująca, pokazująca jak nierówno traktowani są klienci sklepu. Nie polecam.

Moje zamówienie zostało bez powodu anulowane, firma zasłania się błędem i śmiesznym, niezgodnym z prawdą stwierdzeniem ze "sprzedaż ze stratą jest niedozwolona prawnie". Mam oczekiwać na zwrot 5-8 dni i w ramach "rekompensaty" dostałam kod na 15% z terminem tak krótkim, ze zanim dostanę zwrot nie zdążę go wykorzystać, a produkty, które chciałam kupic są już niedostępne na stronie.
Oczywiście na maila nie da się odpisać bo jest wygenerowany automatycznie.
Jako konsument jestem mocno rozczarowana i zamierzam zgłosić sprawę do uokik gdyż jest to niewywiązanie się z umowy sprzedaży.

They canceled the order saying that they could not sell it because the price was incorrect and it was a sale at a loss, which is not allowed by law. Which is not true. The case was reported to the Trade Inspection and the UOKiK

Edit: W wyjaśnieniu dostałam dodatkową porcję bullshitu o błędzie, natomiast pieniędzy ze zwrotu na moim koncie nie ma od miesiąca. Kpina do potęgi, będę unikać zarówno Toofaced jak i innych marek należących do Estee

Anulowali dwa moje zamówienia twierdząc, że podane ceny były błędne. Ale część zamówień z tych błędnych cen wysłali więc jak mogły być błędne? Mam dowod od znajomych, że dostały kosmetyki po tej cenie co mi anulowali. W ramach przeprosin kod rabatowy na 15% gdzie w internecie można znaleźć większe. A teraz trzymają moje pieniążki i czekają na cud. Nie polecam ! ! Przemyślcie dwa razy zanim coś kupicie bo wysyłają niektórym A potem trzymają wasze pieniądze. Żałosne traktowanie klienta. Ciekawe w czym byłam gorsza, że moje anulowali A znajomej wysłali!! Zamówiłam we wtorek a anulowali jakoś w piatek- pieniędzy nie mam do dzis

Anulowano moje zamówienie tłumacząc się, że sprzedaż ze stratą jest nielegalna - innym jakoś można było sprzedać po tej samej cenie. Sam mail oczywiście automatyczny i no-reply, otrzymany po kilku dniach, a w ramach zadośćuczynienia kod na 15%, gdzie na pierwsze zakupy jest 20%. Śmiech na sali.

Żenada, 5 dni oczekiwania a później zamówienie zostało anulowane….

Nie polecam, zamówienie zostały anulowane na podstawie rzekomego błędu na ich stronie, przyszła informacja o anulowaniu wszystkich zamówień z tego powodu, po czym znajoma która złożyła zamówienie 5h później, swoją przesyłkę otrzymała. W ramach rekompensaty kod na -15%, gdzie rabat z newslettera wynosi -20%. Śmiech na sali...

Anulowano moje zamówienie, na które miałam zniżkę z newslettera -20% i w ramach "rekompensaty" dostałam kod na -15%...
Żenujące postawa formy, która nie potrafi przyznać się do blefu i wziąć go na barki tylko zasłania się wymyślona przez siebie zasada "sprzedaż ze stratą jest prawnie niedozwolona".
Żenada i pół metra mułu.

My order has been cancelled without any information or explanation. I ordered eyeshadows for my niece's birthday, such a disappointment.

Nonostante il sito fosse fatto bene e sembrasse affidabile ho ricevuto un pacco vuoto. Ho fatto il mio primo acquisto il 17 luglio, dopo aver atteso almeno 10 giorni che confermassero il mio ordine mi arriva direttamente una mail da Ups che aveva preso in carica il mio pacco. Questo pacco arriverà vuoto con delle cartacce e il foglio con l'elenco delle cose che mi sarebbero dovuta arrivare, e la data dell'acquisto che a loro risulta giorno 21 luglio e non giorno 17 come realmente è. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare in questo sito poco affidabile... adesso aspetto il rimborso dopo aver perso una giornata intera a chiamare e inviare le foto del pacco vuoto...

Been trying to chase them for a refund for several weeks now! Nobody replies to my emails whatsoever!
So I’m without products and have a purchase sitting on my credit card waiting to be refunded!
Really unhappy and think it’s shocking they don’t even have the decency to reply!

I am truly surprised by the abundance of negative reviews for Too Faced Cosmetics. In my opinion, they are undeniably one of the best brands in the market, and I have several compelling reasons to support this belief.

Firstly, their packaging is the epitome of beauty, cuteness, and coquettish charm. It adds an enchanting touch to their products and makes them stand out in the crowd.

Secondly, while they may not be considered budget-friendly, they offer excellent value for money. The quality they provide is on par with luxury brands like Chanel or Dior, if not surpassing them.

Lastly, the pigmentation in their blushes and lipsticks is absolutely outstanding. The colors are vivid and long-lasting, delivering an unparalleled depth of pigmentation that leaves a lasting impression.

Overall, I find Too Faced Cosmetics to be an exceptional brand, and the negative reviews simply do not align with the remarkable qualities they offer in their products.

I have been trying to place an order but their website is a mess & a joke. I try to get some help on live chat & that has been 2 days now with no reply same as the phone 800#. I tried to make an account & it refuses to work correctly not allowing me to sign in then request verification # they never send. They took my money online as a "guest" since I can't sign into my account. But I can't get any verification on the order. I got 4 emails all saying conflicting things. 1 said I got a total refund even though I did not ask for 1. 1 said order is shipped. Then 1 claims I have no order at all. I have never in my life experienced such a joke of a company... customer service wise. If you finally get someone on chat as soon as you ask for help ( that is not placing an order) they disappear. There is so many makeup companies out there STAY AWAY from this scam. I have a feeling they maybe going out of biz. So unprofessional.

WARNING! I have been a huge fan of the 'Better than Sex' mascara for years now. Hands down the best mascara I have ever had.

They have changed it!! The brush is thin and brittle and it has no way near the same effect. They are absolutely terrible now and a total rip off at £25.

I’ve purchased their lip injection Maxximum Lip Gloss, along with lip injection, extreme lip, shaper, plumping, lip liner. 

The lip injection maximum plump lip gloss is average. Buxom has more plumping action, then the too faced. I really had high hopes for this gloss, but it just didn’t follow through.

The plumping lip liner fantastic idea it just falls short. To advance the liner you click on the bottom;  you do not twist or sharpen like other lip liners. The color is beautiful, but I am not seeing any difference. If you like the color, get it, but do not buy it for the plumping action of the liner.

IM SO MAD!! i wanted to try this brand out, so I bought one of their lip injection lipgloss, I did try it out and it works but later on I saw a BUG in it. I am really disappointed and mad because it was kinda expensive for a LIPGLOSS.
