Waygu meat was tough,tastless and didn't caramelise as one would expect. Product came frozen but as thawed within the packaging blood leaked in my fridge. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Always a fast efficient service , top quality meat at good price .
Even gave me a £20 voucher as the Boston Butt was slightly underweight .
Well done Tom Hixon great customer service .

There was a slight issue with the delivery (nothing to do with Tim Hixson) and the team were amazing helping me resolve the situation. Fantastic to see a place where the customer service is as excellent as the meat (which is top quality by the way!)

The meats available here are of high quality. And the service provided is Excellent.

Pricy but very good quality meat.
Some meat came partially thawed, though.

I have ordered a few times now. A few glitches were sorted out promptly and the team are excellent. The quality of the food is excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. We will use again.

If the packaging could be improved to sustain cold temperatures for longer that would be a great feature. I know this is being looked into.
