Had the Toasty TV for awhile now. Overall it's a solid TV.

After reading the reviews, I was quite afraid it couldn't connect with my current soundbar. But great thing the TVs has hdmi arc. Connecting it was so simple.

Now my living room feels like a mini theatre

Good service, excellent TVs

Shifting from a 50" Samsung TV to the 65" 4K TV. My eyes are blown away when watching 4K videos. Can't wait for more content to be 4K so I can enjoy the TV!

Given that the TVs was ridiculously cheap, was pretty hesitant to get the Toasty TV at first. In the end I couldn't resist and bought it 2 years ago. I must say that it was worth every cent I paid for it.

My friends and family that visit couldn't believe that my 65" TV was only $700+. Really really great TV. TV still runs as good as new, although I've got the android 4 variant and currently the newest ones are android 9.

Gonna upgrade to 75" soon!

I bought the Toasty 75" after viewing it at their private showroom, thinking it might be worth the dollar. But sure I was wrong. First the delivery took quite some time and the wall bracket drilling was off tangent and pretty obvious during viewing that the TV was tilted one side. There was simply no point to rectify this type of mistake. After the delivery left. I ON the set and greeted by a total Chinese software TV Apps. No way I could do anything and not even turn to TV. This was on 16 Jan 2020 and the management of Toasty took until 5 March 2020 to just come and plug in a thumbdrive and reload another software then it seem normal. Imagine that period with a TV but nothing to watch.Another setback is that imagine having a 75" TV in front of u that is NOT even DVB-T2 ready. (if I were told of this lack during the viewing, for sure I would not get the set).I need a TV Box to get free to air programme. I can't get Netflix too. Sound quality is way below par that I got a sound bar and woofer for the set. Picture quality is nothing but average, totally not that of as advertised (I just compare to my fzd XM TV which was way way solid picture quality)...Then came 7 Nov 2020 the entire screen went blank and I could jus hardly see the big word TOASTY on screen. Throughout the WhatsApp here and there I was made to take video, do my own diagnosis before attn given to bring back the set (and this was despite further deliberating when they could come down)....I got back the set on 15 Nov 2020 and was told that the powerboard was changed but there was no proof to it and I just have to take the word for it. Warranty was a year and I was told such replacement would be $200 each time...I simply do not want to fork such money and such impt part be faulty not even a year......No way I going to keep the set....Had to let it go even though suffer a small loss....Really thumbs down to the overall experience.....And is all within a year of the purchase.

To be honest, if i could i will give it Zero Star. Very lousy Smart 4K tv with poor viewing quality which couldn’t even connect to the sound system. Don’t be deceived by the way they promote their television. Really very horrible. Will never ever buy this television brand again. I’m really disappointed with their service.

Toasty TV is an exceptionally good TV, with bright, crisp picture and very accurate color. You won’t find a better TV for the money.

Great Tv

Shared that I would like to have an afternoon delivery and Toasty delivered the next day. Super fast and prompt delivery. Tv looks great on my TV console now.

WhatsApp on Saturday of my predicament, got a reply on Sunday morning and tried to guide through by checking the connections but failed. Was told that a tech will get in touch with me. Waited till Monday and WhatsApp again and almost immediately one (tech) was available who swiftly guided me and behold the tv is up and working again.
Thank you guys. I still appreciate the assistance albeit a tat slow in getting back. Bottom line the service is good

Really liking my Toasty TV so far. Downloaded few apps on the playstore. Really clear and crisp pictures!

Poor after sales service

I bought Toasty TV in June 2020 for my mum. It has given us repeated problems such as auto volume tune up and sudden appearance of safe mode screen. The 'customer service' kept asking us to troubleshoot before we can ask their technician to come down as it will cost us $60 per trip if we do not do the online pre-diagnostics. If the 1 year warranty comes with pre criteria, they should at least include in the FAQ in advance.

I will not recommend anyone to buy Toasty TV.

Was initially skeptical on the quality of a <$1k 65" TV. But have been using for close to 6 months and I have to say this is a seriously good TV. It is comparable to any other TVs above the $2k range.

Its operating system is also a plus, managed to install apps that i liked

Simply the best TV in the market for its price. It is running on the latest android 9 operating system that allows me the flexibility to sideload my apps.

Decided to buy the Toasty 65" TV when my previous TV decided to give up in the middle of the pandemic

Since I've heard so much good things and reviews from my friends that use the Toasty TV, and given how affordable the TV was, it seems like a no brainer. Its a great TV that doesn't break the bank.

The screen is massive and definitely an upgrade from my older and way more expensive set. Totally recommended!

This is a Smart TV no doubt. But literally useless if you bought the model earlier this year as it was android 7.0 not their latest versions 9.0 (asked the customer service how do I upgrade and they told me to get an android box instead). It is utterly a waste of money considering that we need a TV box to watch LIVE TV shows because it is not a digital TV and also unable to download Netflix/Viu/other usual movie viewing apps. The only thing that works is YouTube.

Tried to watch it online via browser but still couldn’t work because the TV just couldn’t support HD and the subtitles and timing of the show doesn’t match up. Not to forget the sound quality of the TV is straight up terrible. It is so bad. Customer service care is lousy (not surprised).

Should have gone for Prism+ instead of Toasty. What a waste of money.

A friend recommended this brand to me .Made my way to the showroom . TVs displayed were wonderful .
Customer service was really good . Everything was explained clearly . Decided to buy the tv 55inch on the spot . They sent me the tv+gave made a ride home since their stocks were there and the showroom was actually quite near to my house .

TV Quality wise :
Good quality pictures .Very sharp and bright . Applications ran smoothly as well . Fits my basic standard of TV .
Sound system is definitely not the best . Recommended to have your own audio speakers/soundbar for a better experience .
Definitely worth the money . Would rather have this than buying those popular brands that costs $2-3k for almost the same amount of standards .

Overall,
Its really a good deal . Theres really nothing to complain about for the price you are paying as its really cheap compared to other brands . Customer service were really good as well .Smooth transaction and Hassle free Kind and friendly people .
Would definitely recommend this .

Was looking for a 43” TV for my mom when I came across toasty. Price wise, their 65” is comparable to the 43” Samsung that I was eyeing in courts. Visited the showroom and to my surprise the TV quality Surpassed my expectations. No problems so far with the TV and am a very satisfied customer.

Simple and easy to use.
Overall great service and high quality products.
I bought 65 inch tv and it works great.
Colours and quality of 4K resolution are really amazing.
