Can’t update Netflix to latest version. Texted to the number available and via Facebook and Instagram, no response. Feel extremely cheated for getting a product that remains outdated as the years go by!

After Sales Cust Service was bad. Bought TV for only a year, just a few days after warranty ends; TV starts flickering. Informed them, they collected the TV. Need to ask them for updates rather than they keep us updated. Got to know panel spoilt, can't do anything. They said they can send the TV back. For what?? What am I supposed to do with a spoilt TV? I can't even sell it. Might as well do me a favour and dispose it. Regretted buying it. Viewers, don't bother getting the TV, it won't last long. Disappointing.

I went down to check out Toasty Electronic Deck before deciding to buy. Seller was very patient in explaining the mechanism and potential expansion of the table length. Price is sweet as compared to major brands, hope everyone can support this new budding brand :)

My first ever big TV purchase and i love it! I can now watch my favorite shows on a big ass screen! Although the smart tv apps and interface are limited but 75inch for only $1399, im definitely not complaining! worth the purchase!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT buy things from this seller. Just get either Prism or Xiao Mi tv. at least they WORK. The after-sale support is very bad. There is little to no after-sales support. I tried to contact them to fix the issue but they insist that I have difficulty using the remote and was asked to come down to the showroom so that they can 'teach' me how to use it. I already showed them by video taking and send it to them. The customer service REALLY REALLY bad. The Netflix app also has issues. I asked the guy to come down because it can be due to the tv, the app, or the remote but they did not respond. Please DO NOT EVER EVER buy it. I don't even know what to do with the tv I bought. U get what u paid for. I have all the conversations in my chat list for the evidence.

& PLEASE BEWARE that the other positive reviews can be the ghost reviews.

I have been using this tv for months and it has been great! Their sales support has been upfront and honest with me of the benefits and downsides of purchasing this tv hence the price. Im clear with what I'm purchasing and he also recommended external solutions to complete my whole tv experience! I'm glad I made this purchase:)

Was recommended by my friend to get this sg brand tv and I'm really satisfied with my purchase after half a year of using it. The quality of the tv is as great as any big brands smart TV out there. Although the tv is short in some other smart features offered by other brands, it's high quality screen really amaze me!

I've bought few toasty products now. All their products are pretty good. I'm still blown away about how they are able to provide a 65"tv at less than the price of a smartphone.
Was one of the first few buyers of Toasty. Took a leap of faith and was pretty happy with my purchase. First product I got was the65". Still gg strong after 3 years

Purchased the tv in February 2020. Arrived in mid February 2020 without remote. Vendor came few days later to deliver a faulty remote in which replacement to be done at their showroom. Tv went out in early February 2021, texted them to request diagnostic and repair. Took 2 weeks for the technician to come down & bring back the tv to their repair location. Mid March came the reply. Vendor unable to repair the tv and promptly went silent when asked to rectify the issue. Tv wasn't sent back to buyer and is still with the vendor. Thus, seems like paying $700++ just to rent a tv from the vendor. Poor after sales, warranty won't be acknowledge & poor tv quality. Like other 1 star reviews have mentioned, Tv definitely won't last. Purchase at own risk.

Netflix : Unable to update to latest version. Current version is pixelated and laggy.

Disney+ : Visual is ok BUT! no sound.

Youtube : Not of the latest version and videos are pixelated.

Amazon Prime : Pixelated.

Not sure if Android version can be updated or not.

After sale support also not that responsive.

Always wanted a big ass tv for my room and thanks to toasty, now I get to Netflix my favourite shows and dramas at the comfort of my bed in front of a big ass screen. The affordability of their tv has truly made my wish come true!

Bought this TV for my new flat and the whole experience was really pleasant! The delivery service was amazing as the uncle was really careful and helpful with assembling the tv. Not only that, for the price point we are paying, the screen quality really amaze us! We truly enjoyed our new tv, thank you toasty!

Been using their 75" TV for a year and contacted for their service to repair but received slow response to none. Unless you buying then will be prompt. Local technician don't have parts for this product. So if spoiled will be useless. Product from China and need to have Bluetooth mouse to scroll on Netflix and internet. Audio connection to TV is troublesome as no input for AUX only Coaxial so need to do research and buy converter at sim lim square. Switching to Prism which is Better with many after sales support. Toasty not recommended.

I bought this Toasty 65inch flat screen only few months ago, and it couldn't power on. It is extremely frustrating and I’m very upset about this happening.
Seller ans,(we have checked that the TV power board malfunctioned. We are short on that part and we are requesting our factory to send a replacement over. So the repairs on your TV has been DELAYED)

Superb service! Ordered my Tv and had it wall mounted. Was able to choose my timeslot and their customer service during delivery was excellent

Best TV I ever used no doubt. Moving from a normal HD TV. This TV seems like a godsent. Just realised what I was missing out by not upgrading my previous TV in such a long time.

Bought the TV after 1 month of hesitation. Realised my friend alrd had it and he said was good. So I bought too. So far so good
