Placed an order which was subsequently cancelled twice due to fraud risk with my home address. Company cannot and are unwilling to resolve issue despite making numerous purchases over the internet in the past, this is first time I have had any issues with my address. Customer Service although responsive, were no help in resolving the problem and offered no way forward.

It isn't often in this day & age you get a service of everything you would expect with any shopping experience.
I think its maybe the 3rd time I've purchased from this seller? they are very professional in everything, if you're after a good bargain & are handy at fixing things or after a product tthat's refurbished but maybe a few imperfections but operational or maybe for spare parts then this is the store.
In their description they give a simple explanation of the condition but with the images & the description it is all correct, the item you receive is exactly the item as listed.
They arrive via a trusted carrier well packed & never a dented box, always handled very carefully, neither do they throw everything into the box if there's additional items with the product they're all kept seperate, highly recommended & a bargain.

Sometimes a service is so good that you need to say a few words about it. I bought a Pixel 6a and despite being an excellent phone even in 2024, after a week I still wasn't in love with it, mainly because of it's size, and my SIM was still on my Pixel 4a. I contacted Kazoop explaining my "predicament" not having much hope, after all it was a new phone and I opened it, but Adam promptly responded, told me not to worry and offered me to return the phone and a full refund just to make sure I was happy. If I had to use a word for this type of customer service would be just WOW! Second to none. Thank you very much Adam, greatly appreciated!

I ordered Sony A80L 77 inch OLED because of the great price offered. Though I was hesitant at first because I was buying an expensive item from an eBay shop, the price was too good to pass up. The item was delivered to Aberdeen within 2 days as promised, and customer service was excellent in resolving issues regarding the product. After the item was received, there were a few issues, but customer service supported me throughout. It has been a great experience buying from you and receiving your support. Iphone14 plus refurbished. Phone was faulty on delivery but after excellent communications with Jatinder at cheapest electrical it was replaced within 24 hrs via dpd. Replacement worked great and looked like new. Excellent communication and service. Highly recommended.

After much searching for a newish phone that wouldn't cost silly money, I found the "cheapestelectrical" shop on Ebay.
The chosen phone was refurbished, but was also a great price, so I bought it.
The delivery was quick and I received what was essentially a new unmarked phone, which was beyond my expectations.
Adam was quick to reply when I had any questions.

Bought a phone on Monday 29 it said 2 days delivery it was for my daughter birthday on the 2nd now royal mail not delivering it till Friday 3rd that's 5 days,so you lied about 2 days delivery ( misrepresentation) it's not good to me now its too late for birthday so don't want it, want my money bk and official complaint.
