Fantastic customer service! I had a faulty batteries on one of my purchases and I made contact to see what could be done. The comms were excellent and I received an acceptable resolution in just one day! This seller cannot be faulted and provides an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and apologised for the inconvenience too - something you don’t very often have from anyone these days. I have purchased more than 6 items from this seller and will definitely be purchasing from them again. I can honestly say, without any doubt, that I would highly recommend this seller....thank you Adam.

First time I have used this company. I had not heard of them before so was a little sceptical but I am pleased I took the plunge.
The description of the item and condition was accurate.
Delivery was very quick.
Communication was quick and effective.
The whole transaction was simple and straightforward.
I did have one very minor issue (which would not have changed my review in any way and to keep this short). I emailed them on the day I received the package and by the following day I received a replacement part (a very small minor part).
No ifs or buts. Just did it.
So, customer service brilliant.
My opinion = very very pleased.

I purchased a Samsung QN90 tv for a great price. It was damaged but that was clearly described in the listing and precisely matched the actual state of the tv.

I bought a Nokia G11 for my daughter, She only ever plays games or watches YouTube videos. Fast delivery and excellent communication from the seller. After about a week of using it. I noticed the battery would go from 80% down to below 20% within an hour or so and even when I popped it on charge it would take at least 3 hours to get to 100%. I contacted the seller, and they were spot on, Decided to swap the phone over for me I opted to stay with the Nokia G11 as it boasts a 3-day battery life. Wonderful experience it was a door stop exchange I did not even need to send it back myself. The replacement arrived promptly, and it works the battery lasts longer and when I charge it now. Its roughly an hour and it is at 100%. Decent phone and great seller and I would recommend them, and I will use them again. Last point I would say even big companies once you buy from them, and you have an issue they normally direct you to the manufacturer and it is a hassle trying to get anything resolved.
