TK Maxx AT Arvostelua 

Susan, our store attendant at your Livingston branch, was superb. She helped us with a sofa bed we were interested in, unfolding it and allowing us to sit/lie on it. Nothing was too much trouble. She made the experience fun even though reluctantly the beautiful bed was too small for our needs.

Bardzo lubię ten sklep jest to jedyne miejsce do którego się wchodzi i można kupić wszystko nie tylko odzież ale również wszystko co potrzebne do domu . Oczywiście aby coś fajnego wychaczyć trzeba poświęcić trochę czasu .Mają super promocje, no ale to też trzeba trafić.Mimo wszystko jest to miejsce które najczęściej odwiedzam.

Good quality, lot of sellective range,good service

I had a terrible experience at TK Maxx store at Putney, London and I was ultimately shocked at how badly the staff behaved and I was badly treated.

On 13th March 2024, around 7:40pm, I visited this store and tried to return a pair of shoes, which didn't fit well, although I presented the receipt and am in timeline for return. However I was abruptly rejected. The staff, who served me ( she claimed herself as the duty manager) told me she can't accept the return, the reason is simply because the price tag came off from the shoes, (actually the tag was already off accidently when I made this purchase ), I believe there is no such clause from TK Maxx return policy, Can TK Maxx please give me an answer?

This duty manager's behaviour is extremely rude and unprofessional, she refused to listen to my explanations, then shockingly walked away and ignored me, the other staff also intervened, asked me to leave, when I tried to reason this, this duty manager brought the security in, which is totally unnecessarily.

This security man made some unpleasant and inappropriate comments without knowing what happened here, made me so embarrassed in the front of other customers. Afterwards, I was asked to come back to try again next day, I explained I won't be able to make it, then this duty manager impatiently told me, 'you have to make your time! I am not sure what is the point to ask me go back if she decided to refuse the return at the first instance?

I hope someone at TK Maxx customer service can read this review and investigate my case, I need an explanation, not an cheap apology.

I am very happy with these stores and special the Maidstone store. I just wish there was a better description in general on their site of the products they sell. Otherwise all good

Found variety of photo frame styles just as I wanted at great prices. Very helpful and cheerful staff member helped fix the ones I knocked over (for which I apologise). Thank you. Will shop again

I would recommend not to use Parcel Force as this is the 7th package I have not received from the London North West Depot.

I’ve given tkmaxx a poor review previously for taking an age to refund my money particularly after it was an error on their behalf
However! If I’m quick to complain, I’m also quick to respond to great service.
I returned an item Saturday, 2nd March via Royal Mail. It was received today, Monday 4th March and immediately refunded.
Amazing! Well done staff at TKMAXX. Absolutely Superb and very well worthy of a 5* review.

Very unhappy with staff at Salisbury branch today as there was 4 or 5 customers waiting to be served and only 1 staff member serving, I asked if somebody out of the 3 other members of staff that were around the counter could serve only to be told that they were busy, what?? She told me that once they had finished then they would serve and that's how they do it! I am absolutely flabbergasted with this response! She did serve me but obviously wasn't happy that, God forbid, the customers needed to be served! The operator was 3722, transaction 9893 at 2.45 pm. Think training in customer service really needs to be addressed here!!

Ich habe schon viele Einkäufe bei TKMaxx im Gewerbepark Stadlau getätigt und NIE gab es ein Problem bei der Rücknahmepreis von z.B. ungeöffneten Kosmetikartikeln, Nahrungsmitteln wie Nudeln, Pfeffer, Tee. Heute wollte hat man mir gar kein Produkt zurück genommen. Sehr unfreundliche Leitung und MA zudem noch dazu. Gerne habe ich als Mutter von 3 Kindern dort eingekauft, weil ich trotzt wenig Zeit, dort alles gefunden habe. Das war jetzt wohl mein letzter Einkauf bei TKMaxx allgemein. Die Konkurrenz schläft nicht.

Je wordt heel vriendelijk geholpen door de medewerkers. Mocht laatst een rijdend mandje mee naar de auto in de parkeergarage onderin meenemen. Heb deze uiteraard weer teruggebracht. Hebben ook echt leuke en gezellige spullen. Ook voor de ontspanning lekker rondneuzen is fijn.

TK Maxx sent me someoneelses order with their details unforuntnately and I am presuming the person also has my details. When I called they expected me to use my funds to post it instead of arranging a collection themselves. The Customer Services representatives were friendly enough but I don't think enough was done to resolve the situation. Very disappointed.

In amsterdam naar de tk maxx geweest, erg goed geholpen door TAMANA, ze was erg vriendelijk en heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons te helpen, je vind maar weinig personeel die zo de tijd voor je neemt.

Was given a microwave hot pad in a gift used it for the first time at Xmas for a spare room for guests arriving it blew up in my neff microwave little minute beans everywhere I have a young dog who was eating them checked product no description of what these contents were phoned Dumfries store lovely young girl whom I spoke to very polite&pleasant I later went into store and asked to speak to manager who told me I needed a receipt I didn’t have it explained it had been given to me as a gift .No I am sorry that should not have happened she looked at one in the store and again it did not state what the contents were said she could only give me a refund for todays price even though it had been at a higher price when purchased surely faulty goods should be refunded at price paid also explained that I thought it should be reported as a product recall stated she was going on holiday for a week but would report it when she came back really. I would have reported this before now but have had ill health in our family it is not the cost of the item that matters it is the way that it was handled in store I would like an answer if this was reported to you by store .
