I visited the Stockport Store on 31.1.25 with my mum who had been gifted a multi store gift card.
We thought it was a card that could be used straight away to put towards payment of two handbags. But how wrong were we! You have to download the app and put the card number in. This proved extremely difficult as my phone wouldn’t connect. The lady helping us was called Andrea. She was patient, kind, helpful and totally supportive. After at least 30 minutes of struggling to pay for the items we/she conquered the task. I would like to applaud Andrea and thank her for her support, effective outcome and friendliness. TKMAX, you are lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff 👏🏻👏🏻.

Aweful company to deal with especially online. Poor customer service that is not to be expected especially when ordering high value items - cheap for a reason bad products, bad service poor customer respect!
Don’t bother ringing customer service - they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Naheed at the Ilford branch was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with processing my return, and I was very impressed with her excellent service and demeanor. She remained calm, polite, and attentive throughout, making the experience very pleasant.

In Villach Filiale kommt wieder vor, das Sachen doppelt gescannt werden. Das ist ein Freichheit! Ich habe kein Interesse nochmal 15 min. Mein Geld zurückfordern, hin und her Buchen.

Meine Mutter wollte mir in der Filiale in Neuss eine Gesichtscreme kaufen und vergewisserte sich vor dem Kauf, dass diese ungeöffnet mit Kassenbon umgetauscht werden kann. Dies wurde ihr durch eine Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse bestätigt. Ich wollte das Produkt nicht, doch ein Umtausch wurde ihr verwehrt. Es wurde überprüft, ob die Creme
geöffnet wurde (sie war unberührt!) Die vermeintliche Geschäftsführerin sagte trotzig, die Creme sei ungeöffnet aber sie nehme das Produkt trotzdem nicht zurück. Ohne weitere Begründung oder Erklärung entzog sie sich der Situation. Der Umgang war mehr als respektlos und unfreundlich. Der Vorfall ereignete sich am 16.01.2025 um 11:30 Uhr in Neuss. Absolut unseriös!

Love the shop but online is not good. Placed an order 14 days ago still no sign of it. Can't speak to anyone. Email takes 10-14 days for them to reply to and the automated response just goes round in circles. No way of finding anything out. Poor.

My fav shop ever the best products that you can find.Such a shame that the cosmetic side that has discounted prices are not arranged and packed a little as some people ramaging are nasty not to
mention unhygienic as they are trying the products and devalue them.Also the jewelery section where most of earings bracelets rings are not worth the price as again people steal loads and are not complete,perhaps a more sealed packing for earrings and check all rings are zip tied properly as well as bracelets, as i recently had to watch in your store in Portsmouth Hilsea 2 adults trying and i think in the end acomplishing to take a ring from its box as by the sounds of it the bloke really liked it but was kind of expensive .Not to mention many others with other things.Shame as its a wonderfull store with such good prices.

Staff are rude, no thank you or please , well I will not spend money in a shop when the shops are scruffy , no help, a big heap of mess, then you get to the slow checkout staff who are only polite to certain people

Het management van het filiaal Amsterdam Damrak behandeld zijn medewerkers echt vreselijk. Niemand zou hier moeten shoppen.

Kupowałam 3 miesiace temu torebkę polo beverly hills.Była tak kiepsko wykonana że zaczęła się odrywać obramówka, za chwilę porwał się zamek wraz z całym suwakiem.
Zareklamowałam towar, odrzucili moje argumenty. Podjęłam decyzję że jeszcze raz się odwołam.Niestety 2 raz odrzucona reklamacja.Jestem okropnie rozczarowana i zirytowana.Omijajcie ten skkep z daleka, bo ja napewno tam już więcej nic kupię.
Nie wspomnę jeszcze o tym że 1.5 roku temu miałam z nimi podobną sytuację.

I lost a special Christmas gift in store today and really believed it gone. The assistants used their cameras to find where it was left. They saw the person who picked it up, & after nearly an hour hadn't handed it in.
Then scanned to find they were still in store, found the customer and retrieved my package.
I was so relieved to have it back. The staff were so marvelous with their concern for my predicament and help given was beyond anything expected.

Great shopping experience at TK Max ! I bought gifts like flower baths, table decorations, and a cosmetic holder. Everything was high quality and beautifully designed. Excellent service and a great variety of products. Highly recommend!

It is very hard to work for the public as you get all kinds and is very hard to please everyone .It depends on the mood off the customer as well.I was served with a pleasant shop assistant in Tk Max in Newtownards Belfast her name is Alex she was so helpful and chatty it makes your day when you get someone like this also when you’re a pensioner it’s just nice to be served with a smile .

I was yesterday at tkmax Edgware branch and had an issue with my gift voucher, I was seen by the Manager Nick, he was absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and polite and sorted the issue so well .
I wish to thank Nick for being so supportive and wish him all the best .

ich ging als "lückenbüsser" hinein, mein mann war in einem shop,das dauerte länger, und ich ging an der weihnachtsdeko vorbei. was soll ich sagen, ging ich mit 2 stücken raus. wunderbar!

I was totally insulted by Staff member today i won’t name him at the Coventry ghallager and I shop in there all the time . There was a Tommy Hilfiger pair of glasses with ni price . I asked the staff member for a price he kept saying it designer it be £5o . I said I just want to know if it cheap I buy it so he came back saying it was £50 I left it . I found some Bennie hat all priced differently there was same one and one was priced at £9.99. I picked that one went to pay the boy stared st me for what seemed a minute checking something in his phone and then charged me £9.99. Then he said can I hold on went for ages came back and said it was £24.99. It wasn’t about paying the difference it was the principle of why he took £9.99 making out like I tampered with it. I took a picture of the price tag as you can see it never been tampered with it was the price they stuck on . I did complain to the manager and did say I thought they had to honour the price under consumer law . She said they don’t have to and gave me a refund . In the past I have been told the same item can be priced differently depending on the time they brought the item . I will be complaining to Head office I have never felt so insulted all because I thought I go for done retail therapy after a hard day at work .

Stets etwas Neues im Sortiment. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man sie braucht. Kaufe immer gerne dort in St. Pölten, Krems oder in Reeding (UK). Die Öffnung der Filiale in Krems war großartig.
