Don’t buy from here. Its a fraud website. Check out several consumer complaints and reviews on mouthshut. I am a victim of their scam too. They NEVER deliver the orders.

Awful experience.. Bad service. I have not received my product from more than a month. There is no way to contact. Customer care number is not working and mail is not being sent on the email address provided. I have done full payment for the products.

I have really awful experience. Delivery is more than a month late. I received wrong dress and one dress is still missing. I emailed so many times but no response. They don’t have any customer service number because of Covid they close it. Now how to contact them? I will never recommend them.

Bad quality products. I purchased a kurta set for a boy and a khadi dress for girl. They extended the delivery date 3 times and took 2 months to deliver saying that they procured the wrong fabric. They simply refused to cancel the order even though the delay was very long. Finally the items arrived and I did a gently hand wash before using them. I was extremely upset to see that the dye colour on the buttons were bleeding and it stained the white kurta wherever there are buttons. So the kurta was a waste of money. The girls dress also has a big avoidable mistake. The neck is too small for the head even after opening the button. How can a good tailor make a blunder like this on a premium product? My only choice was to cut the fabric on the back of the dress with scissors to fit the head. So both my purchases are a waste. I know they won’t give me a refund so I didn’t even try to ask. Their website looks great. But they are doing such cheap work behind the scenes. Here are some photos. They are just trying to save their company by selling crap, nobody is doing any quality check before packing the items. They communicate only via emails. This way we are at their mercy after paying money. You can be sure that you will not be refunded if your product is damaged or is of poor quality.

Horrible experience. I got a torn product and I am just unable to return it. Their phone is deactivated and no one replies on their customer service email. I wrote on Facebook, Instagram but no reply. Do not ever shop from this rubbish website!

I dont prefer a single star for this shopping site.... worst service..... delaying in delivery of product day by day.... payment in advance which they dont refund even though its their mistake.... and on top of it offering credit voucher which is useless... cz if delivery services is not good than what the customer will do with credit voucher.... i always goes fir online shopping.... but this is the worst.... fraud company... they should better shut down their business and sit at home instead of cheating the customers....

Pathetic website..horrible customer care..sending me order delivery confirmation mail..for the order which I haven’t received..don’t ever buy from them

1. DISHONEST website.
2. HORRIBLE customer service. The business would be better off without their customer service team.
3. MISREPRESENTATION of factual information. They TAKE FULL MONEY of products that are NOT IN STOCK & then offer you a CREDIT VOUCHER for their mistake of cancelling the product!!! I found this hilarious!
4. DELAYING DELIVERY by a month. Pandemic is not an excuse for their incompetency.

The cloth that they show is different from what delivered. Very cheap quality. I regret the day I ordered. God save from such people.

This is the worst website I have ever shopped. The size they mentioned in the website is totally wrong. Please don’t shop from TJORI or you will be regretting with the service and product. My product is not picked up nor exchanged.

I think I will give -infinity feedback . It is worst site.. they are Thieves. They cheated customers . I never seen these type of bluffers in my lyf. This site should be banned. Litreally they are theives.

I am a regular online shopper and never had any problems in so many years, but then Tjori happened. I had purchased once in past and was not satisfied so gave up . I wanted to give a try again, but to my dismay they are the most unprofessional and non responsive team I have come across. I ordered a black slip kurta but they delivered a black short top with similar embroidery. Apparently the person who packed was so callous that article was not checked properly. I emailed them,gave reminders but no response. I DMed them and they responded after 2 days. I thought my troubles were over but i was wrong .They told me to email,which I had already done but No one bothered to check. I had purchased for my daughter s birthday and it was such a big disappointment. Phone number is Invalid.Dropped a message on messenger but no response .And they say they response in 24 hrs What as joke As a last resort I put up a message in the comment section on Instagram. To my dismay instead of reaching out to me ,they deleted the message. This is like adding insult to injury I urge them to please resolve the issue, deliver the correct product and take back the wrong one.I just googled the reviews and found that most of the buyer s had similar experiences
I had to give one star because the reviews won't get through until you add a star .This is just preposterous.

Fraud website ..nothing delivered order cancelled ..no refund no reply on email or instagram ..i will file a complaint with goi now..duped me of 4k rs....
PS: I mailed customer service several times and after that they have refunded my money into my account..!!!

I had orderd on 31may till date almost more than to months ,they havent delivered my product. On continues mails they say they will be delivering soon..on of sudden the order in status show got cancelled. They havent refunded my amount in wallet nor bank account.The worst experience i had in whole e-commerce sites with tjori.A big no to tjori. I would give zero ratings

This is completely fraud. I used to tell everyone tjori is very good buy now with all these experience I will never suggest anyone to buy from tjori.they should be blocked from each n every site they are simply cheating people .... Shameless creatures

My orders were not delivered as I was out of station. This so called fraud website did not even refund my money as they didn't have a refund policy (which was nowhere in their website) and the customer executive offered for a credit voucher so I agreed. But it's almost 3 months, but they don't credit any voucher. Their customer care number is invalid plus even after numerous emails, there is no reply. Report this website.

I have had a horrible horrible experience !!! they have duped few of my money and not even sent my product. each time they keep delaying the delivery date and saying the order is not ready due to Covid !!it’s already been more than two months and I don’t see any sign of my order I know I have lost my money and I really warn you people do not get to order anything from this site they are completely a scam!!!!
