This seller asked me to close the…

This seller asked me to close the dispute I opened from PayPal, in exchange, they will finally ship the order which I already paid for 2 months ago, June 18. I thought, sure I can do that but they might just set me aside and make me wait a lot longer. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, so I did. Novajew still doesn’t have the time to reply and update shipping and emails. I thought of giving them a chance to redeem their company’s image. And now, no reply again! I want a refund! NOVAJEW YOU SUCK BIGTIME. Karma is like Christmas, it’s just around the corner!

My emerald brooch was different then what was pictured stone wise, my second brooch was great and I had no problems with it.

No updates on shipping

No updates on shipping. Had to email to find out any information and at a week later it is still in China with no idea when to expect delivery of my ring. This was a birthday gift yo myself. Birthday passed, still no idea when ai will receive it, no idea of your quality or fit and you send me a survey to rate you? Ridiculous
