I now order it 2 times from them and both times with problems ... with my first order the item was sold out and I waited forever for my money to be refunded and the 2nd time my order was not completely delivered and I was then accused of receiving everything. So I will never order there again, it's a shame

No es lo que parece! He comprado aqui mil veces. antes me encantaba pero ahora la calidad de los productos ha bajado. y la politica de devolucion es horrible. No te devuelven el dinero.te dan un credito de la tienda que tiene expiracion! PUEDEN CREER ESTO! Y En España, la devolución del dinero a un cliente está regulada por la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. ENTONCES, TODOS los comercios tienen la OBLIGACION de devolver el dinero cuando el producto está defectuoso, no es conforme con la descripción o se ejerce el derecho de desistimiento dentro del plazo establecido.

Ware fristgerecht mit angefordertem Etikett zurückgeschickt. tinycottons bestätigt den Erhalt der Ware, erstattet den Betrag aber auch nach mehrmaligen Mails und Anrufen nicht an Klarna zurück- nun muss ich 200 Euro für NICHTS bezahlen !!! Nie wieder! Kann man keinem empfehlen! Ware ist toll, aber sobald zurückgeschickt werden muss, hat man wohl ein Problem!!!

Política de devoluciones abusiva. 7.95€ por devolver productos y encima se guardan 30 días a partir de la llegada del paquete a su almacén. Antes me gustaba esta marca pero nunca más.

The shipping already costs €8. If you want to return items because they are way too small (something that can happen with kids, my 3 year old is WAY too tall for Tiny Cottons clothes for 4 year olds). To return items you have to pay an extra €14 euro’s ON TOP. As I said: never, ever again. Too bad because I love the clothes and have ordered quite a lot over the years. This is the first time I needed to return anything & it made me decide it’s the last time I’ll ever buy anything again.

Piensen bien antes de comprar porque yo aún no he visto mi dinero. Me llegó un vaquero mal hecho que bien podía costar 20€, por un precio de 98€. A la mala calidad de sus productos hay que sumar que tienen políticas de devoluciones abusivas, ya que pagas por el envío y luego pagas más aún por devolverlo, 7€ me costó a mi mandarles su vaquero asqueroso.
No contestan en redes, se las suda bastante su reputación por uno o cinco clientes, total ya pagarán a influencers con dos trapos que tienen más alcance que cualquiera de nosotros.
Un asco de marca, ojalá les vaya igual o peor que tratan a sus clientes.

I ordered kids clothes in sale and received some nice items some of a horrible quality and color. I used to order clothes for my kids every year and loved them but the quality has gone down massively. I wanted to return the items which costs 43,95€!!!! That is too much. The items could all be returned but when I tried to complete the form the next day half of the items could not be returned anymore. When I tried to call them there is no answer. I tried 8 times now… very bad service and quality

Colis volé alors qu’il était dans ma boîte aux lettres, 3 semaines d’échanges » très compliqués avec l’entreprise pour qu’on me dise qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. J’ai donc perdu 100 euros dans une veste jamais reçue alors que je demandais le remboursement de l’article. SAV catastrophique qui ne comprend que l’espagnol et parle mal anglais. Livraison avec DHL en plus. Passez votre chemin si vous voulez garder votre argent.

Me han regalado una chaqueta de Tiny Big Sister que cuesta más de 300€. Tras llevarla en dos ocasiones uno de los bolsillos frontales se ha empezado a descoser. Me comunico con atención al cliente para exponer el caso y me dicen que no no pueden hacer nada porque ha pasado el plazo de 14 días para poder hacer una devolución. Yo no quiero realizar una devolución, simplemente me parece de sentido común que una prenda supuestamente de alta calidad que tiene un desperfecto de base sea algo por lo que la marca se responsabilice. Muy decepcionada por el trato recibido. He sido fiel a la marca desde sus inicios pero esta situación me parece digna de compartir.

I bought a sweater from their website with discount, so it was an occasion and I was super excited about that. What I have received after one week instead of my sweater it has been just an email saying that they were processing a refund cause my sweater was not available anymore.
I think they highly lack in professionalism and I would have expect a different behaviour.

Not the greatest experience and I would not order from them again. This is the second order I have made with them and granted the first one went fine possibly due to the fact I did not make a return but my experience after my second order has coloured my experience and I would never order from them again.Took 25 days to receive a refund I am aware they are a busy but they should not assume people can afford to wait until they are ready to issue a refund. I have ordered from abroad before and have never had to wait this long.

política de devolución ilegal, vamos que, increíblemente no permiten la devolución de productos rebajados. Pongo queja aquí y en consumo.

Beware of this brand, it's fast fashion in disguise. The collars in three T-shirts I bought literally fell apart after a couple of washes. The colors in my striped shorts faded aftew a few days. The clothes won't survive even one season.

I bought a 'wool' cardigan from Tiny Cottons but when it arrived, it was very poor, thin quality (and 85% polyester). I followed their online returns procedure for returning an item to their warehouse in Spain and bought a Royal Mail International Tracked 'Returned Goods' postage label. The parcel has just arrived back here at my house in the UK because Tiny Cottons never claimed it after it was held by Spanish Customs. They told me I need to pay to send it back AGAIN but it has to be one of their new 29 euro returns labels. When I explained that it was only returned to me because they failed to claim the parcel the first time, they said 'it's not our problem'. AVOID!!! TERRIBLE customer service!

Every time i buy something in their site i don’t receive the items because they’re always out of stock. Awful products management. If you don’t have the products you can’t sell them.

& auch ein Stern ist zu viel! ich habe für knapp 3000€ Ware bestellt, diese wurde leider nie zugestellt & das Paket konnte nicht gefunden werden. UPS beglich den entstanden Schaden & TinyCotton lässt mich bis heute auf meine Erstattung warten. Meine Bestellung habe ich im Oktober 2023 bezahlt, UPS zahlte den selben Betrag als entstandenen Schaden & TinyCotton behält noch dazu die Ware. Der Kundendienst reagiert nicht mehr obwohl alle Nachweise vorliegen! Absolute Frechheit!!!
