Heb verschillende items besteld, jammer moest ik 2 zaken terug sturen.
Het terug opsturen was zeer simpel en gemakkelijk de betaling staat ook 10 dagen later terug op je rekening.

J’ai voulu retourner ma commande, et pour traiter le retour on m’a soumise à plusieurs aberrations :
- on m’a forcée à payer 16,50€ par carte bancaire pour procéder au retour.
- plus d’un mois après la réception du retour dans leur entrepôt je n’ai toujours pas mon remboursement car « le processus de vérification est long. »

I sent in a return at the end of November 2025 and to date have not received my refund despite being in regular contact with their customer service team. I have bought items from them in the past and were impressed with the quality of the clothes but this experience has ensured that I will not be buying from them again which is a real shame.

Era la primera vez que compraba algo de la marca y lo hice por el outlet online, ya que al no saber cómo iba a quedarme la prenda, preferí no invertir mucho de primeras. La prenda me gustó, pero me quedaba grande y no me han dejado devolverla porque es de outlet (no está usada, mantiene su etiqueta). Escribí a atención al cliente y no obtuve respuesta. Es una verdadera falta de respeto al potencial cliente y deja muy mal paradas a las influenccers q se jactan de llevar prendas con tan mal servicio

A partir del momento en que hice la devolución en la oficina de correos, fueron aproximadamente 2 semanas para recibir el reembolso. Teniendo en cuenta que la compra/devolución la hice en el mes de diciembre, no estuvo mal. Recibí un correo notificándome que la prenda devuelta había sido revisada y que recibiría el reembolso en los próximos dias, y así fue.

Kann ihn aber nicht zurückgeben, da Sale Artikel. Sowas gibt's sonst nirgends!
Es ist auch nicht klar ersichtlich!

Im Chat kommt man nicht weiter, da man nur ne automatisierten Antwort bekommt.

Das finde ich schon frech, da einem normalerweise Online immer ein Widerrufsrecht zusteht.

Leider habe ich auch schlechte Erfahrungen mit Tiny Cottons.
1. Die Qualität der Sachen ist extrem gesunken. (Ich glaube es hängt damit, dass sie die Produktion in das China umgestellt haben). Nach 1-2 Waschen sind die Sachen farblos, gefusselt und sehr hart.
2. Produktion in China. Für die Preise ist es eine Frechheit.
3. Es war nicht möglich die Sale-Ware zurückzuschicken. Ich durfte nur die Vollpreis-Produkte zurückschicken. Der Rücktrittsrecht war jedenfalls nicht eingehalten.
4. Es hat Ihnen mehr als 2 Monaten gedauert, die Rückerstattung aufzustellen.

All in all die Sachen haben schönes Design, aber das ist alles. Schlechte Qualität, schlechter Kundenservice.

Absolutely do not recommend. I made a return of products with a total cost of 278 euros. I ordered the smallest XS size I always use, but it is still very big for me; the skirt just drops down. The return was delivered one month ago. I have the proof of delivery from UPS, and still no refund. I have contacted support, and they are saying there is no return registered in their return portal, Rever. When I registered my return from there, I can see that my return status is In Review. That is an absolute scam and unprofessional support.

They have found my return request in Rever and promised to issue the refund asap.

It's been 3 years but I still get annoyed by what happened. I bought a dress in their Outlet section. I hadn't realized that you can't return items that were bought in the Outlet section. The dress cost 70 euros so it's not like it was that cheap to begin with. I sent the dress back because it was huge. I looked like I was wearing a circus tent. I waited and waited but didn't receive a refund. I messaged them and they stated that they don't give refunds on outlet purchases. I then asked them to send the dress back to me as I sew and could use it as material to make my daughter something rather than losing out on 70 euros. They wouldn't send the article back. In my opinion this is literally daylight robbery as they didn't return the money and they also wouldn't return the dress. Tiny cottons are thieves. I sometimes see things of theirs that I'd like to buy but then I stop myself. I don't want to be ripped off again. I also still tell people about my experience as I view it was so unfair. We treated them politely and with respect and they basically spat in our faces.

More than 3,weeks ago I returned an item. There is still no refund. Impossible to contact them , I always get an automated answer .

J’ai commandé des articles en soldes.
2 semaines plus tard ils m’envoient 2 articles sur 5. Je leur écrit 1er mails. Ils m’expliquent que les 3 articles commandés ne sont plus en stock (erreur de leur part). Je vois sur le site que 1 des articles soit disant out of stock est encore en vente. Je leur écrit de me l’envoyer et de me rembourser le reste. 2 semaines plus tard, zéro news. Je leur écrit un 3 eme e-mail pour qu’ils me remboursent les 3 articles. Ils disent ok mais il manque 15 euros au remboursement… 4eme e-mail… c’est pas fini 🤷🏼‍♀️

NO COMPRÉIS ESTA MARCA! La ropa es carísima y en caso de tara (vestido desteñido que me ha arruinado la colada entera) no devuelven el dinero. Intentan que te quedes con otra cosa.
No es un servicio post venta adecuado a los precios que se pagan. No lo recomiendo.
EDITO para añadir que estoy anonadada ante la respuesta de atencion al cliente; básicamente me dicen que estoy mintiendo. Que no pueden demostrar que he seguido las instrucciones de lavado, que son en lavadora a maximo 30 grados, que es básicamente como lavo el 100% de mi ropa. Es imposible no seguir esas instrucciones; y aun así me niegan la devolucion. MÁXIMA DECEPCION CON ESTA MARCA por el desprecio que hacen a mi honradez.

Desde que nació mi bebé compré muchísima ropa hasta que un día tuve un problema con un artículo que resultó defectuoso. En esta empresa no se hacen cargo de productos defectuosos y se vulnera deliberadamente la legislación española y los derechos de los consumidores.
Les he denunciado a consumo y ojalá les caiga una inspección y una sanción.

Es frustrante que sigan existiendo este tipo de empresas y nadie haga nada al respecto.

Ojalá les vaya tan mal como se lo hacen pasar a sus clientes.

Me gustaba mucho la marca y sus diseños, pero la experiencia de compra online si quieres devolver un artículo es frustrante y sale caro, tardan muchísimo en contestar y el teléfono jamás lo cogen, la gestión de las devoluciones como he dicho sale carísimo, 7,95 euros por gastos de envío más ahora 1,50 euros de gastos de gestión lo nunca visto, 10 euros por hacer una devolución dentro de España, además de que el reembolso les cuesta lo suyo, siempre hay muchos pedidos y tardan un mes en hacerte llegar el reembolso. Por mi parte no les compraré más.

They sent me my package with a misspelled name, I double checked the order confirmation and it was correct. It took me 3 weeks to get the package and by the time I got it I couldn’t return anything since they only have 14 days return. Nothing fits me, even if I ordered my size everything fits big or is bulky and too long. I tried to call their customer support number every day for 2 weeks and it is basically a fake number that no matter what time you call in the day they say there are no workers available and hang up. I’ve written three emails, they responded to one after two weeks and said they could help me return, I replied back and haven’t received an answer or any help in over a week. The order is over €600 since their clothes are so expensive so it seems like I’m stuck paying this and keep the useless clothes. I’ve always wanted to have something from this company both for me
and my kids but now I’ll never touch this brand again.

Acabo de comprar un artículo en rebajas y la talla me queda muy justa. Cual ha sido mi sorpresa que al tratar de devolverlo en el portal de devoluciones dice que el artícula no es retornable. Y no lo comunican en ningún sitio. Sólo en el portal indican que no se pueden devolver artículos de outlet y last chance y no es el caso con esta prenda. Además, si llamas a su servicio de atención al cliente no te atienden y dice constantemente que todos los operadores están ocupados. También mandé un correo hace días y sigo esperando algo que alguien me conteste. El diseño de las prendas es muy bonito pero el servicio es horrible. No vuelvo a comprar aquí, al menos online.

I wish I could give 5 stars because I love the brand and the prints and everything. But I must say that there is something really wrong when you don’t understand the simple concept of good customer service. When buying online this is such an essential part of your experience.
I had very bad experiences with their customer service, taking ages to respond on a fairly simple matter - asking to exchange an item and what the best process for this would be. They took ages to respond and the return period at that point was so close to running out that I felt it was on purpose ? When I did get a reply it was simply a link to a page on their website. If I hadn’t needed personal customer support this would be fine, but that was not the case and so couldn’t really use that response for anything.
Unfortunately, I won’t buy again from Tiny Cottons - at least not directly from their own website. It is simply too risky.
I will also say that some of the photos are misleading. One item I ordered had a completely different color in real life than on the website. I pointed this out to them in an email - and in a very kind manner btw - and yet no response. This isn’t really the way to go Tiny Cottons. Would expect more of a high-end kids wear brand.
