This company and their products are incredible. I love the teak set and use it daily for cooking, I had a slight issue with one item, it was completely my fault and without hesitation they replaced it. Couldnt have asked for better customer service wow!

The quality of everything I have purchased from Tilly has been excellent. I have been using wooden and bamboo cooking and serving utensils for around 50 years. Tilly's wooden utensils are the most functional I've found. They are so good that after using the first set for a couple of years, i purchased 2 more sets that serve different purposes.
The spatulas scraping surface is actually thin enough but also durable enough to easily scrape omelettes and rice out of non stick pans without leaving a coating of food in the pan. None of the other brands I've used could do that. And as if that’s not enough to make me love Tilly's products, all of their wooden products are absolutely beautiful. Every time I see them in my kitchen or use them, I feel like I am seeing or using a precious work of art. I do occasionally oil them with coconut oil to protect them but they don’t seem to need it anywhere near as often as my other wooden and bamboo utensils. It only takes a few seconds and moisturizes my hand at the same time.
I admit that they’re quite pricey but the quality of the products makes them worth the price.

They were incredibly responsive and helped me with my issue immediately. And did it with grace. I can only say one thing, simply wonderful customer service! Thank you.

I have only had their cutting boards for a few weeks and I can already see where small bits of the cutting board are coming up. This was the exact reason why I ditched my plastic boards, but same result. I'll throw these out as soon as I find some nice wooden boards.

Bought the 500ml & the 750ml bottle. The design of the water bottle is fantastic! The all stainless steel construction is great, and the bottle circumference is right. I also love that the mouth of the water bottle is not exposed, and that it’s easy to find a replacement for the silicone gasket inside the water bottle cap.

When I first received the items, I got issues with the caps as the water seeps in where the handle was attached when I washed them. I managed to drain the water from the 750ml bottle, but failed for the 500ml one. I reached out to customer support and I am amazed with the professionalism and prompt replies. My 500ml bottle got replaced for free.

buyer beware. Products are low quality and over priced. Impossible to return for full refund.

Tilly only gave me half a refund and it would have cost $500 to ship back a product that only cost a fraction of that. Buyer beware too costly to return a product back from US and Tilly wouldn’t take responsibility for a defective product they sent me and it would have cost me $500 shipping cost to return it which makes it impossible to return. BAIT AND SWITCH, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FROM THE US IF U EVER NEED TO RETURN IT

I did not buy anything just be aware that if you need to return something you have to pay to ship it back to Australia. Was looking at kitchen utensils but won't buy just in case I did not like them.

The set looks fantastic. Feels like good quality. We've been using them for 2 weeks now and just are impressed with it. Talking about getting another set for the camper

First order as ‘test’ given mixed reviews. When order didn’t arrive, contacted customer services who refused follow up according to T&Cs as package recorded as delivered. Poor experience and wouldn’t recommend. (Package eventually arrived - lamp was ‘okay’)

Great quality of products and great costumer service! We ordered placemats, they arrived with a slight damage and when we enquired about it we were immediately sent new ones, without being asked to return the ones orginally bought. The service is friendly, quick and personal. Thank you!!

Not an Australian Company. They maintain a PO box in Australia to mislead customers. > Australian Customers received an email for 'Memorial Day' 25th May to "honor the brave men and women who have served our country" with a discount code. Except of course Memorial Day is a day for the United Stated of America to mark their lost soldiers in Combat. Not Australia. They outed themselves as a) nota true Australian small business like they pretend to be and b) as having grotesque practices like linking memorial for Veterens and lost military to discount shopping.

The Japanese Style utensil holder I purchased is exquisite and adds an elegant touch to the Kitchen, There was an initial problem with Shipper but Tilly resolved it quickly and professionally. I’m already shopping for next purchase.

It suggests that as part of the bundle package you receive a bottle of food grade mineral oil. Normally priced at $119.95 for 70mils of food grade mineral oil that is $1,679.30 per litre. Officially the most expensive oil on the planet. Do better, I understand trying to make it look like a bargain but that is ridiculous.

I had received and stored an order of kitchen cutting boards from Tilly Living over six months ago, not realizing one of the boards had been damaged in transit. Despite the fact that Tilly's 30 day return policy had been exceeded by 5 Months, Tilly went ahead and ordered a replacement board for me. I am very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction!

Prior to purchasing, I sent an email question to Tilly and they wer very quick to reply and were helpful with their answer. I absolutely love the utensils I ordered. They are gorgeous!

I have had my set of kitchen utensils for almost 3 years. They have held up through everything I've used them for.
I drive a semi truck and live in my truck. They have performed wonderfully through everything. And not always just cooking.
I even bought my brother a set shortly after. His wife has tried to confiscate them for herself. But his are doing just as well.

These are the nicest cooking utensils I own. They look so beautiful on my counter in the utensil crock. I’ve always used cheap utensils that you get from Dollarama (because they work). However, this year I upgraded to stainless steel cookware and I wanted to buy utensils that would not scratch my stainless steel. I did some research, looking for great quality at an affordable price, and came across these lovely spoons :-) When I first received my order there was an issue with one spoon. I reached out to customer support and they 1) responded immediately, and 2) resolved the issue immediately. Tilly Living I truly appreciate your great customer service, thank you! You cannot go wrong with these wooden utensils!

Cannot recommend these at all. Damaged was caused after single use and stopped using it immediately. The other 3 spoons which I haven’t used are still here and currently having to bed customer service to pay for the return so I’m not out of pocket for their damaged goods.
