Having read some of the negative reviews I was a little wary to be honest. However, I needn’t have worried, from when they first contacted me…they were friendly but professional. They quoted a very competitive price and I decided to give them a go. Leroy and Steve were the team that came to move us. They were polite, respectful to our property and made sure everything was packed carefully. Nothing was broken and everything went smoothly. A big thank you to them!
Would definitely recommend them!

I have move my house several time but Tigers Removals are the best company which I have ever met. Lads are very smart, nice and extremely helpful. Jamie and Scott are vey smiley mans who works really hard. All went smooth and quick. I have no words to say how grateful and happy I am with their cooperation. I can fully recommend company.

Despite several moving date changes Tiger removals remained positive in communications. On the morning of the move I was given arrival times and once arrived Liam and Gav worked very hard. After receiving keys at 5 pm once again the lads worked hard even assembling sofa and beds. I can not praise this company highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. Rang Tigers Removals a day before the move, due to another company letting down last minute. Spoke to James on the phone, James and Chris immediately came round to my property.
Arranged to come the next day on our moving day.
Liam, Steve, Aaron and Luke Arrived at 7:30am, they worked tirelessly from start to finish, they made moving very easy for us, absolutely amazing set of lads as well, professional and courteous, they managed to get things through doors I did not know is possible, looked after all our stuff with the greatest care, and in a timely fashion, 110% recommend! I want to share my personal experience with this company's unprofessionalism. I recently needed to move from Sheffield to Cambridge, which included relocating an upright piano from the first floor of my Sheffield home (without an elevator) to my new home in Cambridge, located on the second floor (also without an elevator). Before signing the contract, I thoroughly explained these requirements to the manager, who assured me that they were highly experienced in moving pianos. Trusting their word, I accepted their quote and scheduled the move for July 26.

However, on the day of the move, they sent only two people to handle the piano, and they arrived without any professional moving tools. This task was impossible under those conditions, and I was concerned about potential damage to my piano. I immediately contacted the manager, who demanded additional payment before they moved the piano despite this service already being included in our contract.

In the end, they moved all the items except the piano to Cambridge and promised to move the piano later. On July 30, my wife accidentally cut her finger, and we ended up in the emergency room. While we were there, the manager called, insisting I return to Sheffield immediately because he had arranged for someone to move the piano. He emphasized that this was the only opportunity, so I had to drive nearly three hours back to Sheffield with my wife, who had just had her finger bandaged. After waiting at home for over an hour, their employees finally arrived, but once again, they had no professional tools—just blankets to protect the floor. They managed to move the piano out of the apartment with difficulty, and by the time we returned to Cambridge, it was already 10 p.m.

I then agreed with the manager to have the piano moved on Friday, August 9. However, they later informed me that Friday wasn't possible and insisted on changing it to Saturday, August 10, to which I reluctantly agreed. We made numerous concessions just to ensure the piano was finally delivered, as my son needed to practice for an upcoming piano exam. Despite the long delay of more than two weeks due to the manager's unprofessionalism, we were shocked when their staff finally arrived on August 10. There were still only two people, and one of them claimed that the manager instructed them to leave the piano in the entrance lobby on the first floor of the apartment, expecting us to handle the rest ourselves.

Is this a joke? If I could move the piano myself, why would I have hired them? The manager has avoided addressing the issue and refuses to take my calls, always using meetings as an excuse. He only communicates via text, likely because he knows he's in the wrong. Now, the piano is sitting in the lobby downstairs, and the company has washed its hands of the matter. I no longer expect any resolution from them, as it is clear they are unprofessional.

I urge anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious. If any issues arise, their manager will likely shift all the responsibility onto you and then disappear. This matter is far from over. I will do everything in my power to protect my consumer rights. The UK is a country governed by law, and I believe that the legitimate rights and interests of consumers will be upheld.

Absoloutly brilliant, the lads took charge, everything went out, no problems at all, got to new addressed all went in smoothly, no accidents, no dents, no scratches, they were so helpful, and would recommend tiger removals.

Smashed my £600 dressing table and still 5 weeks later this has not been resolved and i have not been compensated!! They also arrived late and not with a big enough van. Not happy at all!!

Don't use these guys because they damage your furniture and hide the fact that it was not them or don't tell you .and are not covered by insurance very bad .

Bad service don’t use came late came with a van not big enough and had to leave things behind smashed a £600 dressing table nothings been done just been ignored mirror damaged too

These guys are awesome. Accommodated last minute delays when completion date change twice.
On moving day they worked tirelessly and didn't stop all day, even in the heat and amongst the not quite fully packed chaos. Nothing they faced was a problem and ensured our belongings were handled with care. They also added light heartedness to what should have been a stressful day, making us feel at ease. Great guys and a top effort. I couldn't be any more grateful. Will 100% be recommending.

I cannot stress how great Tigers removals were. After having our completion date change 3 times, they were able to accommodate us at the drop of a hat when it finally happened.

Jamie and Liam were phenomenal. I don't know where they get the energy, but they barely stopped all day. I can't thank them enough for making a stressful day so much easier. They are genuinely kind and caring and went above and beyond for us.

There are many removal companies out there, yes, but if you want a team that actually cares for you and your belongings, go for these guys, you won't be sorry.

So being honest I went through a comparison site and tigers were not the cheapest for a full house move si I booked elsewhere. The other company turned up then said he would need to do 2 trips and change the price - luckily I wasn’t in a chain so turned him away and that’s when I rang tigers.

Booked me in last minute for 7am the next day - sent a team of lads who were quick , efficient and professional and had the job done in no time

Couldn’t reccomend them highly enough. Don’t be conned by people undercutting their prices and not following through

Liam and Ian who work for Tigersremovals have been absolutely brilliant, they turned up when they said they would and kept us informed with timings which put our minds at rest, they were very friendly and we could have a laugh with them but at the same time they did the job professionally even though the weather was far too warm on the day and once at the destination it was a tricky one with 4 flights of stairs but bless them they did it. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Excellent service. Cannot thank Neil and Gavin enough. They have been brilliant. At 9.00am this morning, I thought there was an impossible task ahead of us. Instead, through tireless hard work - despite the mid 20s heat - all our possessions are out of storage and in our new house. And they even saw me through a mini meltdown! They were friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Used tiger removals from bridlington to selby storage . Ian and Jake our removal guys rang to say they were on their way and what time would arrive . When they arrived they had a look around to see what there was and decieded where to start. I said there were things I wanted at the front of the container . Only told them once and it was exact . They didn’t stop at all. Highly recommend this company and these two guys . Will definitely use again when we find a house .

Moved today with these guys. Had issues with the company as a whole but the lads that turned up did an absolutely fantastic job despite having to carry everything down 3 and a half flights of stairs a man short. Liam and Jacob were absolute stars and worked till they ran out of strength. (Those stairs are brutal) I would rate the company as a whole a few less stars. Well done lads, you’ve done yourselves and the company proud, all five stars belong to the two of you.

Excellent service. They were very professional and even when they arrived and saw we had more boxes than we had discussed previously they went away and 20 mins later came back with a bigger van. Got all the furniture moved in next to no time. Would definitely use them again

Jacob & John were absolute stars in moving us yesterday. Finding there was more to move than had been planned for they adapted their strategy and packed house contents before returning for the storage items. Unfortunately they were badly held up due to incompetence of buyers solicitors, so despite arriving at 9.30am didn’t finish packing the storage until after 7.30pm.

So glad we got these guys in to assist our home move, nothing was too much trouble. Made our full house removal so much easier and stress free. Big shout out to Ian, Jacob and Leroy, worked like Trojans (I felt guilty just sat watching them load up!) and they certainly knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys x
