Ticketline's Chloe Delivers a Boss Service Regarding TAKE THAT Ticket Fiasco
I always use Ticketline for my concert tickets far more keyed into given the customer a better ordering service than the rest especially those whose name starts with Ticketm.......... and their subsidiaries. With the Take That fiasco in Manchester it was major concern that we would get shafted like many people we know by the big T company. However i left my query in the capable hands of a girl called Chloe who looked into my enquiry and kept me informed all along the way on what was happening. First class customer service from Chloe thank you so much.

So helpful, I had to cancel tickets for an event as we suddenly couldn't make it, but we could make a later date - I thought it would be tricky but they organised it all very professionally and quickly and empathetically - to put my mind at rest!

Absolutely brilliant. I booked two tickets at The Forum Bath for the Billy Joel tribute event. I booked Circle Row B tickets - there were no Row A seats when I booked. I noticed on the website today that there were two Row A seats now showing as free. I thought let’s give it a try to swap, not thinking that it would happen! So I phoned Ticketline Customer Services this morning and asked if my seats could be changed. Well, the guy who answered my call (instantly, no waiting) said yes, no problem. A really nice, friendly and helpful person. It was all done and dusted in a couple of minutes and I received the new tickets by email a few minutes later. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Not received tickets -very prompt response
We got in touch by email, as we hadn’t received our tickets and the event was in a couple of days. I also left a message on the helpline. The tickets were resent within a couple of hours, which was brilliant.

Amazingly rapid response!
I emailed Manchester Thunder’s customer service late last night, which was resolved by 8:15am this morning!!
It was all sorted and was issued with a new (& correct) ticket to print for Saturday’s match!

Refund when did not not think possible.
Booked from a link on website and inadvertently booked a date I could not attend. Got in touch before money had left my account and explained. Was given refund within few working days - lovely surprise
